Pizza Hut, Columbus OH

My big New Yorker pizza was hot! Chessy! And smelled like pizza! Great job to the employees that made this pizza! Im so weary of fast food restaurants now n days but I was proven wrong today!

I wish I could give it negative stars, cause this order was the worst in a while…I ordered only two personal pizzas and cinnamon sticks. It was too many mushrooms on both, the food had a weird smell to it, with the biggest part being our stomachs in crippling pain two days later. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I’ve been seeing the commercial about the New Yorker pepperoni pizza and it looked pretty good so I figured I would order one. So I ordered one online which is easy because it’s easy to order on Pizza Hut. They had it done when they said it would be done and I went and picked it up. I opened up the box to get a piece of it. Believe me when I say it looked Like they were running out pepperoni that day so they rationed the pepperoni out and put a little bit of it on the pizza. The only reason I am ate it is because I already paid for it and I was hungry. I will not buy another one.

I just tried to call the store four different times and every time it went to pick up they hung up on me then when they finally get through I asked if they got any specials the girl can't even barely speak English I couldn't even understand it you got somebody answering a phone and taking orders that cannot speak English well enough to where people can understand them that takes a lot of brains

I asked for curbside delivery but had to go inside and get my food. The cheese sticks weren't cut at all. I received a block of cheese sticks that I had to cut myself over home.

I placed my order today at 8pm, to be delivered at 10: 30pm. Pizza hut sure took my money from my bank account but never delivered anything.

I want to give 0 stars review, pulled up on time and she was taking so long and I get home and open my pizza and it was burnt and the chicken was nasty and there was only one lady on there like wth I wannw go back and get my money back

Called this place to place an order, though I live less than 5 minutes from there, they refused to take my order. Saying the Pickerington store should be the one I order from. Pizza Hut just lost a customer. Taking my business to Donatos.

I order online paid for my food and for 2 hours I waited for my for and it never came I called and the said ol well we don't have any drivers so we cancel your order sorry what about the money I spent

I ordered and waited a hour called and they said door dasher hasn't came called back 45 mins later still no door dasher. I wanted to pick it up but they still was charging me the delivery fee. I asked for a refund. Fingers crossed that I'll get it back
