Pizza Hut, Alliance OH

Decent meal. I would like the ability of the staff to take requests for pizzas to put on the buffet

Feels like stepping back into your childhood! I love the classic look. Still great deals, prices, and service!

They salad bar was ok, the buffet was bare and they were not keeping it stocked i was only able to have 4 small slices of pizza. The breadsticks were empty the entire time. We had to get our own silverware, also were billed incorrectly and had to have that corrected. They were not all that busy.

On 6/14/23, there was a classic car show in the parking lot. Pizza Hut was understaffed. I ordered takeout, and the phone rang so many times that a guy at a call center in India was taking orders. When I picked up my pizza 20 minutes later, a guy in line in front of me waited for 5 minutes before he was even acknowledged. They were clearly understaffed. Pizza tasted ok, though. Not the best ever.

Absolutely amazing really takes you back to better days. Food was great and the service was amazing

Honestly I could have walked out without paying that's how much they were paying attention. I had to ask for a refill 3 times. This is the greatest factor going into the tip. I have no problem tipping well above the 50% limit I do so all the time but these guys didn't even earn the 5$ i did leave. The selection on the buffet table was slim. Its been years since I've been to a pizza hut buffet. It'll be years til I do it again.

OHHH my didn't have a good EXPERIENCE AT ALL today I tried to purchase XTRA CINNAMON for my apple sticks or whatever they are called however the lady WASN'T having it I'm a paying customer but she DIDN'T GIVE A DAM and I don't think I will ever go back to THIS pizza HUT and I truly believe because I was there last week and did NOT like the so called BIG NEW YORKER hardly any cheese was on this supposedly BIG PIZZ

Son ordered me the Big New Yorker, 3/18/23 Came cold and as hard as the box it was in, actually the box was a bit softer. I lived in New York and it's definitely NOT a Big New Yorker. Horrible just horrible

Amanda the manager is very sweet an handles problems face on! I had a tiny issue with an order an she tackled it an solved it within a matter of minutes! She’s an amazing manager! I vote give her a raise

Stopped to have a quick lunch. The pizza bar was hot and fresh. The salad bar was stocked well also. Our server was quick and attentive.

I thought all the pizza huts did have their buffet any more. This one still does! And it is AMAZING! Food hot! And great taste! Also great place to take the kids!

After, I received my order, I see a message on my phone where the driver sat my food on the ground next to my door. That is unacceptable! I didn't hear him knock so he just sat the food on the ground, but when I called him back and told him I was tipping him, he picked the food up like he was standing there the whole time. Food being sat on the ground may not bother some but it bothers me! Also, if I pay $3.39 plus tax and get less then a handful of fries either I must be crazy for paying that amount, or Pizza Hut must not care about keeping customers. Smh.
