Pizza Hut, Middletown OH

Just had the general appearance of not being very well kept, the toppings were minimal at best and definatly not considered normal amount, will not go back to this location again

The order was placed on line and delivered quickly but the extra cheese that was ordered on our specialty pizza was not add to the pizza and the crust was a little to done but other than that it was fine

We dine in the lady at front of store was very pleasant and our food was served to us I will go back

The high delivery driver thought I didn't catch him putting his foot in my pizza and thought I would have just eaten it along with the open 2 litter he drank and or spit in but I did and took that shiz right back to the store

This Pizza Hut used to be my favorite pizza place but it's been years since I've ordered from them. I ordered last week and, now, they're routing their calls through a call center and the lady I ordered with had a very thick Indian accent (had to have her repeat multiple things). Pizza was delivered by door dash.pizza was very soggy, bland and just bad compared to what I remembered.probably going to be years before I order again.

We love Pizza Hut. They have good pizza and deals. Unfortunately though we've had quite a few issues at this specific location, pizzas have been made incorrectly, not answering their phone often and being closed randomly without any sign postage.

Ate inside. Awesome and fast friendly service. Child knocked a drink over. Waitress was right on it. Got it cleaned, with no aggravation. Best deep dish pizza. Crust was fluffy soft cheese melted ooey gooey delicious

I typically order from the Pizza Hut on Marie Ave but somehow my order got kicked to the Verity Hwy branch. I ordered the Big NY. It had about 1/3 of pizza with no pepperoni, was dry, little cheese and overall cooked way too long. Making sure I order from Marie Ave branch in the future.

You guys pop up under Chinese food search so I have to give this location four stars just for the good laugh I got!

First and last time going here.

Got to the store, and an employee vehicle was parkied in front of the door and blocking it. Went inside and the whole team was sitting at a booth gossiping about one of the employees' wife. Only one person was in the back making food, trays were piled several feet high. One of the employees at the booth went to the kitchen and started making another pizza without washing her hands or wearing gloves, then immediately went back to the booth and continued gossiping. Got home and found pizza and breadsticks either not cut or cut in uneven amounts. The wings were not tossed, just had sauce poured on top and sitting in a pool of it. To top it all off, the pizza seems undercooked.

Very disappointed.

Raw, sour dough on my stuffed crust was enough to make me spit it back out. Absolutely disgusting. It was very obvious it wasn't done. 30 bucks down the drain. On the plus side the delivery person was really nice, so there's that I guess.

Just went and picked up a pizza and it was great like it used to be so happy to have our side of town pizza hut back and it was clean and the staff was friendly!

I love pizza hut on verity ohio they finally got great staff and now we get pizza instead of a big piece of dough with a spoonful of sauce and barely any toppings but now they have done incredible job I will continue to go back

I got two melts. This was the third time getting these here. They were over cooked and greasy this time. My son got food poisoning from it. I would give them a minus 5 stars for this menu item. They don't give enough sauce to enjoy the melt halves with. The sauce container amount they give you is very stingy for the two halves of pizza triangles that have no sauce on them to begin with.

The pizza crust was not pan as ordered and the cheese bread was very under baked. We tried to report this to the store but never got through to anyone, even after asking for a manager twice I was transferred to a line that just rings.

We got some pizza and hoagies there and they were really good and usually (being honest here lol) we order dominos hoagies but here later there bread has been very hard and the dog wouldn't even eat it but the hoagies from pizza hut were on point! The bread wasnt hard at all and wasnt all slopped/thrown together to where half the meat and toppings were completely off the bread and the pizza was actually cut all the way and not just half way cut like other places. BUT I gave a 4 cuz I wished they were kinda do a deal like domino's where if you order 2 or more items you get them at a certain price.but overall we all enjoyed the food and plan on ordering more often than domino's lol

Ordered two things. Pepperoni pizza and breadsticks, got the wrong breadsticks and the pizza was undercooked, soggy and greasy. 25 dollars for two things that were both wrong.
