Pizza Hut, Defiance OH

This time, our order was wrong- ordered two supreme one pepperoni and got 2 pepperoni. Barely any sauce on pizza, cheese in crust had a weird texture, and breadsticks were overcooked. Any time I have tried to call, the phone rings over and over again with no answer. Last time we did pick up, the employee came out looking like she was wearing pajamas. Not professional. Will be a long time before ordering again, if at all

Customer service with bag employees were rude and disrespectful. Call to complain because my order was wrong.
And they did not make it right. I don't recommend eating there. Food is either raw or burnt or taste spoiled when you get it

Worst pizza ever. We could’ve bought a 10$ frozen pizza, overcooked it and had the same experience. We also were never offered refills on our empty pop. Will never go back to Pizza Hut!

First my order was so hard I couldn't bite it then went back and had replaced with something different, gave me something completely different than what I ordered! Go elsewhere!

Asked for super supreme n hardly anything on it. When we got home my husband and my granddaughter even I, got sick. My husband ate the most he was sick to stomach n had diarrhea even today still sick. I and my granddaughter had stomach problems n I had diarrhea. This is the third time we have gotten bad service. We may just go to Bob Evans like we were gonna go but my granddaughter wanted pizza. She's 19 n no baby.

It seems like the taste of most pizza places change. Couldn't be happier with our Pizza Hut, tastes great every time!

Waitress was friendly and polite. But she never refilled our drinks. Fodd was surprisingly good compared to previous visits. I feel there's been a change here for the better.

Delivery; ordered thin crust large with mushrooms, pepperoni and banana peppers, 25.75 $, for very few toppings. This will be very last time ordering from Pizza Hut. Shout out to the delivery guy, very polite.

Not as good as I remember from several years ago. Far too little dipping sauce (marinara) for breadsticks. Pretty light on toppings too - pineapple and ham especially. Service right on time though, having order ready within minutes of when it was supposed to be. Hoping they can fix these small little details.

I have called this place multiple times on multiple weekends over the past few months to order food for delivery & nobody EVER answers the phone! I love the food but dont always want to go to the business to order then sit & wait for carryout.

Expensive pan pizza looks like regular pizza paid extra 1.00 for pan stuffed crust was good but way to expensive for what I got. Pan has too much sauce not enough pepperoni or cheese very disappointed in pizza hut

Had to wait for almost 5min for someone behind the counter to give me my pizza, and they weren't busy, pizza was almost cold by the time I got home

General managers (Holly Karnes) should not be allowed to leave reviews on their own business. Treat your employees better and make sure the food is made right when it comes to the door step. Don’t up the reviews for pizza that comes cold because you can’t treat workers right.

Our waitress came to our table smelling like a stale ashtray. I'm trying to eat actual food if that's what they call it not a bunch of nasty cigarettes. The service was very poor and I waited to long for food.
