Excellent customer service. Had family from Las Vegas and needed something quick. My order was ready in 20 minutes and everything was hot and delicious. Shout out to the Mahoning Avenue Pizza Hut.
I placed an order on line for the guess that what I get for not sending a tip.heads up.you have to earn your tip. 16" big new Yorker. I did not leave a tip seeing how I was picking it up. When I got to the drive thru window, the you men asked me to sign the receipt and to place a tip. (if I wanted). This was strange seeing how I paid on line. They already got my money. Anyways I got home and found my 16" pizza only had 3 pepperoni per slice.
They take more money than they are supposed to and make excuses why they can’t refund the amount they took.
It was a very horrible experience. I got a lot of attitude because they did not have the food ready or cooked. 15 minutes after I arrived, requesting a refund was denied request of the gift card was denied. At a total I was at Pizza Hut for 34 minutes.
This pizza is always taking forever to deliver. 40-50 minutes when you are 5 mins away. I would walk but i have two little ones. The manager also says there is no compensation for tardiness.
Waited an hour for it to arrive, from the time I ordered. I tried the new Meltz, cam very thin and burnt. Very disappointed.
My order arrived almost 30 minutes past when it was supposed too, then when it did arrive it was pretty much cold.very dissappoited.
Ordering was perfect, delivery was perfect, melts were a little too crispy, almost burnt but at least they did NOT taste burnt.
Couldn't even make a simple 2 pizza order correct. Ordered large meat lovers thin crust and a large super supreme stuffed crust. They made them just the opposite. REALLY GUYS? I was like the only order you had to make.
Unfortunately the pizza was pretty flavorless and the bread sticks were dry and tasted old and stale. Definitely a waste of money.
Horrible service I've. Sent my order to a different address. Ended up getting g it al.ost 2 hours later. Imagine how hot it was! Took food back and asked for my money back. Manager said they no longer refund money under any circumstances.
What happened to this Pizza Hut manager is racist as well as upper management all employees quitting can not get good food or service need to close down will be goin to dominoes with all of their lost customers
