Pizza Hut, Conneaut OH

This pizza tasted nasty the cheese tasted old and sour the dough wasn't cooked all the way and before that a few weeks ago they changed the price they told us one price over the phone then upped it when we went to pick it up and I told them we should get a discount on the next order and all the girl did was laugh I'm not going to order no more from them cuz they don't have good customer service and the food was nasty if I could give them no stars I would

I've ordered plenty of food from Pizza Huts in different areas of NEO and I have to say the Pizza Hut in Conneaut is my favorite one its amazing! Food was absolutely delicious everything we ordered was very tasty. I Ordered online to get some deals that they offer! Overall great experience! Definitely will be ordering again soon! My kids also thought the food we ordered was yummy! They demolished everything in 20 minutes!

I always get what I need at this Pizza Hut if I'm getting a party box, they have the best deal. I love everyone who works here they are always friendly.

Love the stuffed crust! Gotta say, the drivers are awesome and beyond accommodating. Great crew, and great food. (Shout-out to the older gentleman who delivers food!)

Service was fast and food was amazing!

2 years later and I'd still recommend this location. After reading some of the 1 star reviews, most of them are bogus. One woman said she was ignored in the restaurant and someone from her table got sick later - I call BS because this location is carry out only, no dine in. Another woman complained about pricing, but only showed a partial image of the receipt. Shame on y'all.

I placed an order at 9: 40pm picked up at 10. Got home went to take a bite of my personal pan pizza and it was all dough.called in and the manager had the person who answered the phone deal with the call.that went something like my food is not cooked nothing on my order is correct, me listening to her attitude telling the manager, the manager (that word used lightly as in over paid for a title she is not worthy of) To be told its 10: 20 they are closed and their ovens are off.they must have been off the whole night because you didn't cook my food. No I don't want credit for next time I'm starving and expected to recieve the food I ordered. Not boneless wings with bone in mixed in. A large pan pizza not hand tossed and a cooked personal pan. My cheese wasn't even melted on the pasta. I told the girl I was going to place a corporate complaint and she told her manager laughed and hung up. Better off ordering Domino's in this town they make it right and fast its 10: 54 and I already have my order. I won't ever waste my time with this company again.who's laughing now.

Pizza hut holds a special spot from childhood.si I love the hut.this place here tho.knocked it right out of the park.service fantastic.friendly ppl and made sure I didn't forget my plates.to the pizza. Amazing Pizza it turned out better then the Last 10 pizzas from clarion.take notes.this is how the Pizza is supposed to be every time.on point

Good pizza! They always get the delivery address wrong, but that’s more of an app problem than the location’s.

AWFUL SERVICE! I wanted half cheese half pepperoni got a full pepperoni and called 5 times for a refund and gave us a run around. RIDICULOUS

So worried about profit that the cheap toppings had almost no flavor.

We just had 2 Pizza Melts ~
One Chicken Parmesan and one Meat lovers with cheese added on. They were great! At $6.99 you can't go wrong!

I'm not saying it's the best pizza however when it comes to franchise pizza in our town this is my go to. The boneless wing are actually pretty good and as far as the pizza goes they make it right more times than not with fast good delivery

The employees must be illiterate. On the ticket, underneath the pizza it is clearly typed in perfect English “well done please”. The pizza I received was barely cooked and room temperature right out of the pick up window. It’s been a few years since I ordered from Pizza Hut because of this known issue. I will never order from this place again!
