Pizza Hut, North Royalton OH

Never showed up with the pizza. Waited 15 minutes after the eta, constantly refreshing the tracker before I tried to call. No answer, then they were closed. Waited 2 hours for no pizza, no cancelation notice, no refund. Kid tired and hungry waiting for nothing to come.

I order carry out every week sometimes twice a week. Always the same thing medium pepperoni pizza with light sauce

Why is it that sometimes it’s smothered in sauce sometimes it has garlic butter (white sauce). Driving to Pizza Hut twice today but usually it’s good pie. The Tuesday guy knows how to cook.

Ordered at 7: 53 pm. Its now 10: 45.
Got orderupdates that 835 would be delivery time. I reveived NO order, called 4 or 5 times to check. Got placed on hold and had to listen to that "pleasent" commercial in loop for 20 minutes and everyone who answered wpuld just put me on hold.

I think they dont care, they didnt offer any solution. Just said sorry. Wosw.genius move there

I get almost a alcohol taste on my pizzas sometimes.under cooked and soggy for the third time.

They allow people to use stolen debit or credit cards, at this store, then they won’t pick up the phone, when they are called about it. Especially when said person lives in another state, really bad for business

This place doesn’t understand the idea of contactless delivery. When I do contactless their drivers keep staring inside my window which is creepy. Last time the driver came for 1 min then took my order back with them him because I didn’t answer.

Ordered 30 minutes before closing for pick up and they closed door and left while I was waiting on the parking.

This is the worst pizza hut they ripped me off and of course I couldn't call them because they were closed so I called customer service to report them! I ordered online yesterday night at 10: 20pm and they never delivered my order and kept my money. I have ordered from here many times before. They could have let me know and refunded my money or gave me a credit! I will never go to this terrible place or order online from pizza hut ever again! THIEVES AND CROOKS!

Ordered 20 minutes before closing. Said 20 minutes and no one showed up to deliver our food and the kids went to bed hungry.

Got the wrong order delivered. The food we did get tasted awful. Called the store and a man answer and put me on hold for 15 minutes before I just hung up. Horrible customer service!

Great location and very speedy service. Ordering online or through the app is excellent. The food is excellent!

After waiting an hour and a half for my order to be delivered, the pizza was cold and i didnt receive the 2 liter of pop i paid for. When i called the store to let them know i didnt receive my 2 liter, i waited on hold for 10 minutes for someone to answer and then he hung up on me in the middle of my sentence. Not happy with this service at all.

We have the nicest people working at our Pizza Hut! Pizzas always hot and cheesy. Even if they mess up the order they fix it without hesitation or attitude!

Food was ready on time and was hot. Everything was exactly as ordered and the staff was friendly when we arrived to pick it up.

My order was delivered within a half hour after I placed it. Order was complete and food is great. They have the best fries I've had in a long time.

Pepperoni pizza with mushrooms. Where is the pepperoni? 2 slices of pepperoni on one slice of pizza! See pictures. If I wanted cheese, that's what I would of ordered! Wow being so cheap on a fricking pepperoni is ridiculous.
