Pizza Hut, Athens OH

Forced to order at least $12 to get a delivery, cancelled my drink without notice. The crust is so hard you can hardly eat it. Won't order from here again.

The worst delivery drivers in Athens. They regularly speed through residential neighborhoods, run stop signs, and block crosswalks.
Oh, and the pizza is down there with Donatos as far as quality.

Typical chain pizza place. Not the best but one of the better places for pizza at 1030pm on a Friday night. It was very close to what I remembered as a kid with my parents way back in the 1970s and 80s when we would go to Pizza Hut and would end up with leftovers for lunch at school the next day.

I ordered at 9: 55pm, over an hour before closing. I came up to the door at 10: 10pm to a closed up location with no one around. Absolutely ridiculous!

When u call to order you have to talk to a call center of foreigners who mess up ur order all the time! I'm tired of trying to order and then never getting it!

The food was great, but if you order breadsticks make sure to order triple dipping sauces because the provided sauce is only enough for 1 breadstick.

I’ve had the same negative experience twice in a row. First, it took 41 minutes for my order to be delivered after I received the “order out for delivery” text message. I did not request contactless delivery, but the driver dropped my food on my concrete stoop and then rushed back into their car. They did not even knock on my door, and I only knew it was there because I saw their car through the window. My food was lukewarm. They forgot to deliver my two liter of pop. I called the store twice and was hung up on both times by two different sounding voices as soon as I said I was calling for a refund on the pop. I wouldn’t normally hold the delivery issues against the store, but I can’t see myself ordering from there again after being hung up on twice. If I change my mind, I’ll only ever pay with cash so this store won’t be able to keep ripping me off.

Whoever is running Pizza Hut now is doing a great job there food is so much better than it has been in the past!

As always, pizza as expected and on time. Wouldn't expect anything less from pizza hut!

Tried the new pizza melt and they were awesome. Also had breadsticks and cheese sticks. Everything tasted great. Fast and friendly service. Thank you

Greeted promptly, pizza was ready for takeout. Everyone liked the Cheese crust - can recommend.

Only 8 people were saying with the bold word named the phone. Only few are NEVER going to your place ever again owner!
