Pizza Hut, Fairborn OH

I'm never unhappy with the food or service at Pizza Hut. Consistently good in every area.

I ordered one pizza with extra cheese and another with regular cheese. Both were the same. Extra cheese is a scam. Also, if you order for a specific time they will deliver WAY too far in advance if it suits THEIR schedule.

My Pizza had special instructions and Carl made it perfect. He is always very helpful and has great customer service. I highly recommend this Pizza Hut.

Food was good, but we waited at the pickup window for 15 minutes before being acknowledged. The cook saw us and stared at us multiple times, but the crew must not teach communication. When we were helped finally, the service wasn't terrible. We had a pickup scheduled for 530 PM but didn't get it until almost 550 PM.

Yesterday my family had our annual Christmas party and we always get pizza. This time was even better because Carl went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed and at a great price too! Carl has excellent customer service skills. We will have Pizza Hut next year also! Thank u Carl!

This must be under new management. It used to be hit or miss but for the past couple of months everything has been really good. Pizzas, wings, customer service.all great!

I’ve called this Pizza Hut 5 times and they keep hanging up on me. This place is so aggregating. I shouldn’t have to wait on hold for 10 minutes. Just to be hung up on every time. You guys need to do better. Don’t order from here. They won’t make your food in the best quality. I’ve tried multiple times to call about my food quantity. No body is answering the telephone. They just hang up. I will never spend my money here again. Worse Pizza Hut I have ordered from.

I previously posted about this particular Pizza Hut for being the best I had encountered in Ohio in 2021, but since then, I have no clue as to what changed: it may be the management, workers, or both, but my meat lover's melt was cold (not even lukewarm) and the marinara dipping sauce was not included. It was my FIRST time ever ordering this item and I was severely disappointed in the meal. I believe my opinion would be different if it was at least warm and the sauce was included and I was able to experience the full effect of the bragged-on taste.

I placed an order with Pizza Hut, they sub-contracted the delivery of my food to Doordash, unfortunately items were missing. Dear Pizza Hut, if I wanted to order from Doordash I would, and I wouldn't be ordering food from Pizza Hut.

I have come here multiple times quite late at night and the staff are always very friendly and patient. Orders are always fresh & correct. Thank you guys for being open so late, the community appreciates it!

The Pizza Hut in Fairborn is horrible. They won't answer the phone even when placed on hold. Food wasn't ready for pick up. Asked for cups and plates. Wouldn't give me any cups for my 2 - liter. Horrible customer service.

10/10 tonight. We ordered online and picked up through the drive thru. Pizza, breadsticks and wings were piping hot and delicious. It looked like it was just 1 worker by himself but he did an awesome job!

They cancelled my order and didn’t tell me. They took the money and said my pizza was out for delivery and it never came. I called and asked for a refund and they said they will refund it later on. So I called the next day and it wasn’t cancelled in the system. And they told me it would take 3-5 business days to give me my money back and it’s well past that and I still haven’t received it. It’s $50 worth of pizza that I never got.

Friendly staff but…. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, unless you want an upset stomach! I don’t understand what’s going on with this restaurant’s, they charge a lot of money but they’re cooking with disgusting old ingredients. Check on your marinara, throw away those rotten peppers you are charging people for that, if there’s a shortage of mushrooms do not advertise them. I’m extremely grossed out!

Lately pizza hut has dropped the ball. I stopped ordering stuff crust because they (only fairborn) made the crust extremely thin. It would end up see through. I started ordering again because of the big new Yorker coming back. My last order came with ten fries? It wasn't a full order and ketchup layer on top of these fries. The question about sanitation alone is appalling. We tossed them. The pizza came half smashed into the other half making it look like three slices and dripping grease. The sauce was incorrect. I'm truly disappointed.

We ordered two items, a pizza and some Cinnabon rolls. They only delivered the pizza, through a third party delivery service who they failed to provide the correct address to despite it being correct on the receipt and email confirmation. When we called and asked to fix the situation, they only offered to send another third party driver with the missing item (almost an hour late and cold now). No offer of refund. Additionally, the tip was left off the receipt but still charged.

I order at Fairborn Pizza Hut at least 4 days out of the week. Carl always makes sure to have my order correct each and every time! He always has a smile on his face and provides the best service possible. It's because of Carl I continue to order each week. Thank you Carl!

I applied for a job, and I was called for an interview. When I went for the interview, they told me that they do not hire. I believe they did this to me because of different skin color. If they do not hire, they should have told me before the interview without wasting my time.

This was the worst time at pizza hut I've ever had. We ordered extra cheese and there wasn't any extra on it. It was supposed to have pepperoni on half, and there wasn't any at all.

Ok I've given them several chances now and I'm done with this store. I'm so sick of them taking my money and giving me a disgusting half raw pizza. It's so under cooked it won't even come close to tearing in slices. It's just a soggy mess that falls apart like it's still raw dough. Don't consider for one second that I'm unsure what I'm talking about. I didn't have this issue consistently untill about a month ago so I'm pretty sure what it looks like when dough has that thick dark almost green tint to it
