Pizza Hut, Cincinnati OH

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I kept my mouth shut the first 2 times when our pizza orders were entirely wrong but this time I have to say something to try and stray ANYONE from ordering pizza at this incompetent and ignorant establishment. After double checking our receipt AGAIN, they got our order wrong, AGAIN. Management needs to double check these orders. Sad and a waste of $100

Ordered cheese sticks at 5: 37 and they did not come out until 6: 12. I was the only one there when I ordered LOL

Ordered lunch here the other day and ordered extra cheese pepperoni pizza. When I got the pizza it had no cheese on it except in the very middle and like 6 pepperoni very disappointing.

I have ordered pizza from here to go or for pickup numerous times. I have never had a problem with the food yet. The pizza always looks good! I've gotten pizza at other huts in the area and they're greasy/gross.like cheap pizza. That is not the case here. We have ordered pizza, breadsticks, cheesesticks, the pasta boxes, family boxes, wings etc. Its always been good. Typically we order online and pick up. During covid at wintertime it was a bit of a pain. Had to wait outside when there were a lot of customers cuz the inside is so small but typically things are ready when they say they are and you are in/out. I've also done curbside and it went great too. Covid restrictions have lifted now so I haven't had to wait outside since. Staff is always friendly too!
Update: this is still a great location! The staff is always super friendly and amazing. Its so hard to find good staff with true customer service capabilities but this location definitely displays it! My only wish is that pizza hut had some options for people that eat low car and very low sugar. It's ok though. We get it. Pizza is pizza. My kids still eat here and love it.

We do carryout from this Pizza Hut bc our delivery store isn't so great! This store is AMAZING! They food is always perfect! Extra cheesy, extra perfect pan!

All the ingredients in huge pieces, and they were thrown in the center of the pizza, causing them to be almost raw, they need to be careful with the details

Wasn't able to get delivery for this order at one o'clock on Easter Sunday, but that was totally understandable. My order was ready when I arrived exactly fifteen minutes after ordering, just as advertised. I only saw two employees and they handed me my order without much fanfare or enthusiasm, but I doubt I could have mustered more on a holiday. The pizza was hot and precisely as I order it.

Everytime I call for delivery, the lady who answers the phone is rude and must hate life. Today I called and she said they weren't doing deliveries.no apologies and with a a sour attitude. I'm done with the place.

James went above and beyond! Very good customer service and obviously food is always amazing!

I always do pick up because we are 5 minutes away, always been fresh and hot and delicious.

Food took well over an hour to be delivered and when it was everything was cold. I would not use again

I messed up my order, on line. Called the store, female that answered, corrected it, with nice, happy voice awesome customer service.

Slowest delivery ever. Pick up is also a joke. You go in and stand there while the employees ignore you.

Something is definitely not right. I ate one piece. It was fine I ate another something was definitely WRONG. If I get sick I will SUE! Bad sauce I don't know.
