Pizza Joe's, Youngstown OH

Literally called for Delivery to order some pizzas for my sons birthday and the 2 locations that are 2 miles away from me are closed today so I call THIS location which is exactly 3.1 Miles away and the guy literally said “Nope we don’t deliver to your area”and I said that’s funny because it’s only 3 miles away and both the other locations are closed on Mondays and he says”Welp I don’t know what to tell you, sorry about your luck”. I’ll never order from ANY location again. If I could go pick it up I would but that’s what delivery’s for. My family won’t ever order from an ignorant place like this ever again. Sorry about YOUR luck pizza joes because you just lost multiple customers.

Awful ordering experience. I called several times from 8: 50 to 9: 15 and no one answered. Adjust hours to reflect ordering time or have the decency to answer and say you stopped taking orders. Instead the phone rung and rung and someone answered and disconnected. Extremely disappointed. Was trying to support a local business. Never again

I ordered delivery and they got my order wrong and wouldn’t bring me the correct pizza. I couldn’t go to them which is why I got delivery in the first place mean while I have no dinner and I get a lousy $10 off my next order…they should have made their mistake right!

Was told my order would be ready in 20 minutes got there and was told it would be another 10 minutes waited 25 minutes for a cold calzone and 6 pigeon wings went home and threw it all in the garbage I’LL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

Very nice and polite had no problems ordering and it's best to call in an order! And now they have drivers Monday and Friday mornings

Great food at good prices with quality service to boot. Delivery fee is reasonable so that patrons will feel more generous when tipping their driver. The online ordering system has its ups and downs sometimes, but they are always prompt to answer phone orders. It may not be the showiest location, but they do it right.

Food was great! As it always is. No complaints, except that they should be open on Sundays.

It's incredible how people can make you feel when you are so welcome an take nicely, the guys at the shop took care of us, very well, our order was perfect, right timing and dint forget about our sauces, amazing team they got! Definitely will keep coming for more pizzas and subs, super delicious.

Food was good ordered online coupon code from Their site didn't work so spent full price for a pizza that was on sale it was even posted outside their door but still paid full price

If i could give zero stars i would called and corrected my order right after hanging up called in to get price and lady was so rude and ignorant because she didnt listen correctly and took wrong order then continued to cuss at me and be rude to me so i canceled my whole order after waiting over an hour already very poor service and staff well at least the very unpleasant and unprofessional lady who took order and answers phone on 11/02/21 I understand short staff and longer wait times that im okay with being completely rude for a mistake on her end well avoid ordering anything from this location

Wouldn't deliver 6 mins from their location. Manager couldn't be bothered to answer how far they do deliver stellar

I have ordered from this Pizza Joe's numerous times. Delivery person went to wrong building then told me they are no longer allowed to go into the apartment building to deliver. I am disabled and have a hard time with steps. Guess I'll be ordering from Bellaria on Mahoning from now on.

Wow! This location has really gone downhill. The older couple that used to run it did a really good job. Now it seems to be a bunch of kids that don't know what they're doing. My pickup order for one pizza that they told me 15 minutes wasn't actually ready for 35 minutes. Yes I waited an additional 15 minutes at the store when I got there 20 minutes after the order was placed. They weren't busy at all. I was literally the only customer there the whole time. Plus the pizza was disappointing. A five topping specialty and you really had to study it closely to actually see any toppings. Neither the peppers nor onions seemed to be fresh but rather frozen or canned or something else. Just a huge disappointment from the good pizzas i remember getting there years ago.

They never let me down now that I made this post my next order will probably be wrong or not great but my foods always good and right so I going there for pizza night

Mario makes the best pizza hands down. Ovens are always puting pizzas out EXTRA HOT, how it should be! Fresh ingredients and great hospitality and service. Best pizza around! Also, try their stromboli as well! Hell, try everything!

Went in around 7: 30 Saturday evening and kid at front counter said they're closed for the night hmmm.
