Great place to choose if you want to make a life change! I enjoy working out here with my fiance. Great atmosphere with lots of equipment. Very clean and friendly staff!

I like everything about the facility except the black guy that works third shift. He's not helpful at all.

Employees are very nice and welcoming. COLERAIN Facility is so relaxing to workout at your own pace. The many people there working out are considerate and just seem to be enjoying the atmosphere the same as I do. I can't work out as often as I'd like, but love it when I'm able toThe tanning beds are very nice as well and the 12 minutes is perfect enough time to get that summer tan going on

Machines are good. Never too busy when I go to this location BUT do something about the music. It’s loud ghetto rap that makes me think I’m in a hood club. I shouldn’t be able to hear this over my headphones.

Reading the other reviews, some people are just petty in my opinion.
This location is very clean and timely and respectful and helpful and friendly.

The atmosphere is great. In my 4 months coming here, I have made friends with all of the staff, and a lot of the members.
Staff has always helped me and made me feel welcome as ever!

One time I was feeling discouraged about all of the hard work I was putting in and not feeling like I was getting the progression I wanted, right at that time, a staff member walked up and told me I was making huge progress. That was cool because I was ready to just give up but that was precise perfect timing.

Also, there’s always somebody waking around cleaning. They’re either mopping the locker rooms are out racking weights and straightening benches, filling the paper towels, cleaning the tanning beds
They all chip in and do their job it’s very noticeable.

This location doesn’t have the free weights. It’s the smith machine which is a title but of a bummer. But you have to take the good with the bad. I also got a membership at Next Level, a gym up the road.
They have free weights, but they don’t have tanning or massage chairs, they have boxing, but they don’t have the great planet fitness atmosphere.

Staff was friendly but I cancelled my membership because the tanning beds were never clean. They also triple charged my account and won't fix it.added after PF response. I did take my bank statement and was told the location doesn't handle billing and to call a billing number where I was given the run around.

Disclaimer, I am not a paying card holder of planet fitness.
I was here with a friend and I was shocked at how there were so few machines available for resistance/weight training (no free weights.at all). I know Pf doesn't focus on the "free weight" aspect of working out but this place was desolate. Of the machines they offered most were one of each which meant I had to wait for someone to watch videos on their phone or face time someone. If I want to use an elliptical or stationary bike I'm there.
Again, I'm not a paying member so take this review how you like.

Great experience at the Colerain PF location. Clean, convenient, and great atmosphere. The staff is excellent. Chris in specific has been beyond helpful to me. He’s a great guy! PF will continue to get my business, and the Colerain location has been the best to me! Thank you, for all of your help, Chris! You have been amazing!

Good place for a workout, I love the spot and I'm loosing weight thanks to all the Planet Fitness that I go too

This “gym” has been going down in quality service for a while now. Dirty locker rooms, homeless people using the showers limited exercise equipment and lousy customer service. Went in to cancel my account, was told it was canceled. This month, I received some weird phone calls regarding a late payment, and then they attempt to pull $20.70 out of my account without authorization. Not happy and I would seriously recommend considering a different gym. Stay away from Planet Fitness in general!

They have been debiting my account for the last 6 months and I have not had access to the facility. Corporate and the franchise manager are aware and will not stop.

Just went to sign up. I really hope I spell her name correctly, Kaylin talked to me over the phone, super polite and helpful. Ron assisted me in the facility also super polite and helpful. They were both really nice and had a super nice tone with everyone who walked in and out.

For 1 you can't beat $10 a month to workout or $20 a month to work out and unlimited tanning. You earn points every time you check in that can go towards the purchase of accessories. It's always clean and there is plenty of equipmentto where you are not waiting on a machine to use. Also you can bring a guest unlimited times.

Recently had lock CUT off a locker here on 9/6/19. Had a wallet with cash and credit cards stolen. Generally a good experience here prior, but after this have been hesitant to return and considering cancelling membership.
I was disappointed that after filing a police report on premises here there was no follow up whatsoever from management who were not present at time of the incident. I am now out the cost of replacing the stolen items and as well as dealing with the fraudulent charges made.
The complete neglect to follow up with a customer who was robbed on premises using a facility provided locker as recommended is disappointing and leads me to believe these events will continue at this location.

Nice place. Great views. Locker room floor is constantly wet because they mop it every 5 minutes.

This location is super close to my home and is pretty slow when I go makes it an optimal choice for me. Wish they had family plans that would make planet fitness so much better.

Clean friendly gym with all the basics you need to start working out. If you're looking for a bodybuilding gym this really isn't the place to be. Their dumbbells top out at 75 lbs and only have smith machines. Overall it gets the job done and everyone is friendly.

Love the customer service. But the tanning bed r not that great. Bulbs don't get changed enough. Bulbs out. Still haven't changed them n I've reported it to management 2x. In a month. Still not fixed. 3 weeks now. Ughh

I like Planet Fitness but this location isnt great. Clean inside but always filthy outside, garbage all over the ground for days, and not safe. Multiple times have arrived to find handwritten notes on the door that people are being robbed in the parking lot. Maybe they should hire security for their patrons?
