I was a little disappointed with the amount of machines that were out of service. Other than that it was clean and well maintained.

I'm loving this place! Very clean, very spacious, lots of equipment! The staff is so friendly too! There's this one worker who's often here, Spencer, he's great at his job! Very enthusiastic when he greets me. Very welcoming. The workers here are great about keeping the gym clean. Also generally the other gym goers seem very courteous, and people usually wipe down their equipment without hesitation. You won't regret coming here if you're considering a friendly gym environment. 5 stars.

Surgically clean. Meticulous equipment. Fair price. Great customer service and staff. Clean locker rooms. No problems personally so far. Open 24hrs

Gym is decent, has pretty good equipment and a good bit of space between machines. Very often are the spray bottles sitting empty on the trash cans so you have to go to another but not a big deal. Biggest issue is the hours. This gym went from 24 hrs pre covid to having a very limited schedule. I have a crazy schedule so my ideal time to go was between 9 and 11pm and is why I chose planet fitness even though I have 2 gyms closer to my house. Employees have assured me that it will go back to normal soon but it has actually gotten worse on the weekends. If this gym doesn't go back to 24 hrs I will be canceling my membership.

Great gym and prices, but I don’t think that the water fountain should get to this level of dirty. They do have water for sale but sometimes i don’t have the money to spare.

I have been going to this place for the last 2 yrs. They have all the equipments for beginner to intermediate even advanced. But stay away if you are person who like to make noises while lifting weights. Not having bench press machines are little downside but the machines would compensate for that. Stay fit and healthy️

Social fitnessing! Cleaning stations with adequate supplies, disinfecting stations, respectful members and attentive staff. No better place to workout.

I joined at the Polaris planet fitness. It’s very nice there but it’s a little further drive so sometimes I come to Gahanna. The first thing I notice is how DIRTY the treadmills are. The bottoms are dusty and filthy. Please clean them.

Charged us for two months that our memberships were on hold. Reactivated our memberships without our consent. Even charged annual fees (modified our contract without notice to us) AFTER we cancelled and refuses to return any of the fees Be careful and check your bank statements

Unethical billing practices. Will bill your accounts even when memberships are in hold status. Will change contract terms without notification then refuse refund

I had a member ship for the last three years with this location then when covi 19 started it was close just like any their business. I wasn't expecting to charge me while they were close but they did. After been charged for three months, I called on June to cancelled but they refused to do it over email except to walk in to the club. Finally when I went to the club meet the manager to cancelled, "he was not professional how to take care of customer. ''

I wouldn't use this specially location to sign up for membership.it's the worst location out of all of them I been visiting for work out.

Clean and lots of equipment. Unfortunately you have to wear a mask but it's understandable given the environment. Although it is difficult to breathe through a mask while working out!

Horrible. Men's bathroom filthy and staff don't like when u ask questions. Brooke the manager need a class in customer service. Not worthy of getting any stars.

Canceled membership 3/14/2020, told and have documentation that I owed nothing and would not be billed further. Then billed 3/17/2020. Manager is unapologetic and says you can review online but nothing will happen. Admits employee may have been wrong, but too bad. This is not good business. My friends and I were considering re joining after Coronvirus- now we will not. In my experience a business that does not care about customers and tries to get every last dollar often does not stay in business long. I totally would get it if I had been told I would have one more bill, but that is not what I was told. There are better gyms to consider before joining this one. I doubt this franchise makes it.

WOW! WOW! WOW! WOW!

My apologies for the wows, but WOW! I am not sure how this location recruited the GM, Hannah (if that's her real name), but they should definitely throw her back. In an effort to work on personal appearance goals and move pass my reluctant nature to workout, I decided to join a gym. Finding a gym offering promotions and flexibility to accommodate a possible lack of commitment on my part (don't judge me). Needless to say, on 7.16 I signed up with Planet Fitness but before I could use their service unauthorized charges appeared on my account. Based on the fine print, I was expecting an annual charge in or around September but not before. I reached out to the gym regarding the matter which is where I interacted with Hannah and everything went downhill from there with no resolution other than a cancelation. The level of customer service I received from her and the dryness of the gentleman answering phones provided a snap shot in what to expect from this location. Luckily, I have other options to explore and can put this experience in my rear view. Being professional, apologetic and showing empathy would have made all the difference in this situation.

Listen, everyone deserves to spend their time and money with customer focused businesses geared towards customer satisfaction/retention and 100% transparency. When the GM is as crass and unprofessional as Hannah there can't be much difference down the line.

I used to not mind planet fitness, except I've been trying to end my membership. I moved away from my home club and now I can either change clubs and get charged for another month because of "policy", drive two hours to my home gym and end in person because of "policy", or write a letter and mail it? This is rediculous, they'll take my money so easily online but act like its impossible to push a button and end a membership. Way to take advantage of people. I'll never go back to Planet Fitness.
