Planet Fitness - Mansfield, OH

This was a good place to go but now they changed their hours and aren't open 24 hours on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. I have been a member since the place opened. I will be canceling my membership soon. I need a true 24 hour gym.

What a great place no commitment membership is true, loving it, great to keep my 84 year old mother moving.

Make sure to wear your face diapers before walking in, they practically attack you about it as soon as you walk in.

Overcharged. Charged after cancellation. A million excuses why the continue to steal money. Go to snap or Madison fitness.

If you’re going to require masks, then you should provide them. I went in with a mask, but dropped it mid workout on the floor—no, I’m not putting a mask I dropped on the floor back on. Sorry, I did not have another mask—the Pf worker was really rude about it, even after telling him what happened.
Another issue, this place is always empty of paper towels in the evening —how do you want us to wipe down equip but don’t have towels available. Also, there are some PF that give out tan goggles for free, but here they charge you.

Very Clean inside. Have yet to see the Men's Room. But overall, People are working out, minding their own business. Exchanging machines after finishing sets. Its nice nice to get back to the gym after many many years.

I was charged $39.00 for a membership fee this morning without an email letting me know this would occur. I went in person to cancel membership and asked for a refund. The manager told me an email was sent about the billing. This is not true in my case. The manager refused a refund.

I am little confused awhile back when Covid 19 & Planet fitness email/wrote all customers will froze our bank accounts and will not take money from our accounts due to the fact planet fitness closed until the CDC tell planet fitness reopens Yet planet fitness went back on their word and took money out when there are not open I am not happy

Nobody there judges you or even pays attention to you. If you have anxiety and want to lose weight/get fit, this is the place for you!

A good place to work out and have fun doing it and get a tan as well, and you can get a gift card for your friend as well,

This is a phenomenal place to go. Staff here is very helpful. Its family oriented an great for just individuals themselves. It truly is a no judgement zone. I highly recommended this place it has everything you need. If you pay to tan go here cause you can not only tan but get a massage an workout; self improvement all around! For a much cheaper price than tanning alone. Planet Fitness gets my vote and the vote of my 18yr old an 13yr old.

Great price! Staff not to bad and for the most part pretty friendly. Easy to work out here and decent equipment. I have been working out here off and on for around 3 years. I have a huge problem with how dirty the showers are though. Can you please teach the workers how to clean? I have also heard the men constantly complain how gross the men' s showers are and how things are starting to grow!

Not so clean.burned out tanning bulbs always. Even for weeks after informing them. Slacking I give a 5 star unfortunately, sorry y'all

Place is a joke. I workout there, and set appointment to tan.i have to wait for the people who just come in to tan and not workout.this place isn't a gym its and adult daycare

I absolutely love the upgrades planet fitness has made, I will continue to use this ontario ohio location

After several months, we quit because of the staff's attitude. We were treated as if we weren't really welcomed. We are older and more out of shape than the other ones. Maybe we just didn't fit their image.

Tried this out for a day after coming back to visit my mom and what a train wreck. Didn't know there was a gym made for just sitting around fitness equipment using snapchat and crushing pizza. Lmao what a joke.

I love the place. My husband and I are older but the staff has been very friendly and helping us with a lot of different things. The trainer make out a workout schedule and it is just right for us. My doctor said my blood pressure went down 20 points. And I have been having back problems and the hydro bed is fabulous. The staff is to be commended for their help and the cleanliness of the place.

Great location. Staff are always friendly as well as the location being clean. By far the cheapest location in town for anyone who plans on going to the gym or tans.

It's lije this: If you enjoy coming here, that's fine, but If I want to keep in good shape and healthy, I can do as much in my home and walking and won't cost me one cent. Just a meat market, with undesirable meat.
