Great atmosphere, plenty of duplicate machines to use. Very clean, everyone was helpful and nice.

I love planet fitness. I also love how you can visit other locations and still get the same great service and quality.

Terrible customer service. Extreme unethical and immoral business practices. Terrible gym atmosphere. I will be having my friends and family leave one star reviews for you as well bc they have been to planet fitness and experienced the same thing. They are the gym membership nightmare that makes you not want to sign up for a gym membership. I had an account I canceled ten years ago that was never officially closed by them leaving me with a 300 dollar balance. After my dad died I wanted to get back in the gym to help with my depression. They let me renew a membership but then stopped me from coming to the gym bc of the balance. Bc I'm in college full time I didn't have the money and tried to cancel my membership. Shortly after that I had a severe injury and was unwell for months. That whole time they charged my account. They will not work with me even a little and said sorry about your luck. I have been to other gyms before, way nicer than planet fitness and they would always work with anyone to get them back in the gym. Planet fitness is digging their own grave.

Poor management! Workers would rather socialize behind the counter and be on their phones while the gym stays unattended to.

Well the staff seem really careless, today someone get into the locker room steal my car's key of my coat pocket, and went out unlock my car and stole my wallet & all my credit cards and drive license, I called police and did report, the police officer after one hour of debate with front desk guy to let him check the camera footage, the desk guy refuses and keep insist on court order.which make me feel sick.so let's put it in this way if your guys not check whoever get in, and sign him in the guest book, and not even cooperate with police officer to catch the thief and show the camera footage, its mean your guys are careless about your client and thier property integrity.

App doesn't work great. It took more than a week for my upgraded subscription to show up so I got hassles every morning when attempting to check in. Now they tell me my credit card needs updated because it's expired. I don't bring my credit card to the gym for obvious reasons and they don't let you charge monthly payment to credit card, they require a bank ACH.credit card is a backup. I asked if I could update my credit card online and they said no. Today I was told that I will be denied service the next time I come in without my credit card. I will be canceling my membership today. Surely there are options with less hassle.

Friendly staff that is always working to keep the gym clean & run well! + a good selection of equipment for people of all fitness levels.if you’re looking for a gym where you want to feel comfortable- this is it!

Definitely my favorite location here locally. Always clean and the equipment is always in good working order. Only 4 stars because the hours are still in need of improvement. I really miss 24/7 operarion and though I don’t personally need them to be that long again, closing at 7pm on the weekend is ridiculous and has prevented me from getting time in on some Saturdays and Sundays.

SPEND YOUR MONEY AT ANOTHER GYM! Going to cancel my membership today. Been a member since they opened at the Polaris location. Yesterday I was stopped at the check in desk by what I assume was the manager, F/W, blonde hair, black pullover, under 50 and told my credit card on file was expired. I have my membership dues taken out with a bank draft. Told her since I don't buy anything there.no reason to update it and no one has told me it's required. She then proceeds to tell me it has to be updated because they need two forms of payment on file or they had the right to deny me entry, per their policy. Again I have been a paying member since they opened and that card has been expired for a couple years and I didn't have my wallet with me. The harassment and rudeness continued and frankly I don't need that BS. Going to spend my money at another gym, HIGHLY suggest u do the same!

Good. Fans are on too high, not enough mirrors to check form, and shortage of plates.in general, good place for workout, good value.

The hours have changed. I signed up for the 24hr access. If I can't show up at 2 am, what's the point? I was told it's because of a lack of staff, which is confusing because of the location and time of year (summer). There are so many college students, PT, etc, that are available. It might be management just lack of treating employees correctly, resulting in a High turnover rate.

This place is normally great, but since covid their hours have still not returned to normal 24/7. I get off work at 6pm on weekends and by the time I get home the gym has already closed. I'm thinking about switching gyms to one that is actually 24/7. I should get a discount at least.

I've been a member here for over a year. I've visited other planet fitnesses and this one is a 10+ on cleanliness and the employees are super friendly and helpful

If you want to come to planet fitness but you’re only gonna be able to come for about 3 or so months, look immediately somewhere else.

I used to come to this planet fitness when I was home for school and it was great back then. But, I came here just for this 3 months and had the worst experience here.

First, the place is filthy. The floor looks upkept and dirty at all times. The bathroom/locker room is just clean enough. And the spray bottles to clean off equipment is either not filled at all or the paper towels are out most of the time.

Second, I was billed for; the sign up, the forts 2 months, and a yearly expense within 2 months. I spent over $100 on a membership I was only able to use for about 3 months. Planet fitness shows itself as a cheap alternative to bigger gyms for everyone, but costs just the same if not more than other gyms.

I used to come to planet fitness all the time, but I will never come back to these gyms again. It was a waste of time and money.

The reason I choose this location was because of the outstanding staff! Xavier was very professional handled my request above & beyond, Sam was very welcoming, & Amber & Caitlin are so kind:)

The gyms are typically very clean and fitness equipment in good shape. But sometimes they have 4 people behind the counter and empty towel dispensers. And some of the shower stalls don't work like they should.water temp, pressure etc
