Great gym! Lots of equipment to choose from and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Very clean environment. Lots of space and locker room is great. Definitely recommend!

Nice place but couple tvs has been broke for 3 months tv #2 NBC local. TV was bought but never put up. Music also needs to be more club oriented not so much mtv style music. Really considering going to another gym

The staff is always friendly and I've never had a bad experience in any way whatsoever.

I liked working out here, but I don’t love that there is no option to freeze an account. My only option is to cancel and it is so difficult to cancel. I can’t get a refund on a month I was charged for and will not be using even though though I inquired about it before my previous month ended.

I was trying to get satisfactory help and make it work so I could stay a member when I was able to return- but I’ve never had a membership or subscription with a company that would refuse me a refund on a month I wasn’t going to use, and made it so hard to get any help. I know at the end of the day it’s about profit- but there are profitable places that also have my back. I don’t want to give money to a place that won’t have my back.

I appreciate the fact that it is cheaper than my last fitness center, it is open 24 hours daily unlike my last fitness center (so I can never have the excuse that it was too late), there is a larger variety of equipment, there is a very friendly staff, and the atmosphere is encouraging to those who want to feel good about the positive choice they made to get in better health! It's a win-win!

One of best facilities ive seen so far and hige parking. The inside was clean, the employees were friendly. Folks, i left my phone and went back and it had been turned in to front desk. Way to go people of Lima. Im impressed.

I have been to several PFs across the country and the Lima OH location is in the top five in terms of cleanliness, equipment quality, and friendliness of staff. Keep up the good work Lima!

Cool ppl Not too crowded. Workers is cool. I recommend earlier if u dont like alot of ppl becuase its alot of kids there for summer hours but other than that. Get some!

THEY HAVE BEEN A BLESSING AFTER I HAD TWO TOTAL HIP REPLACEMENTS AN BOTH TOTAL SHOULDER REPLACEMENTS! Their STAFF DOES A SUPER JOB ON KEEPING ALL EQUIPMENT SANTIZED AN OUR CLUB CLEAN! It’s clean. The employees are so friendly. It’s big. The temperature is always perfect inside. The equipment looks brand new even tho it’s used day after day. There is plenty of every machine to choose from. I never have to stand around and wait for what I want. The locker rooms are always spotless. It never smells like a sweaty gym in there. The massage beds are amazing!
