Your new treadmill SUCK! The length is too short, nowhere to grab ontop, not a smart move. It’s also slow to transition from incline to low. I have used that treadmill for 15 years and I am so upset right now.

Nice People, Super Clean. Not to busy in the Morning. Perfect spot to get gains. Assisted equipment so no need for a spotter in certain situations. I say always start at a planet fitness as a beginner/intermediate and if your looking for more free weights then upgrade to a different gym in the future.

This location has such a wonderful friendly staff. These guys are always engaging with the club members, always polite and courteous. Every time I come in to workout no matter what time of the day during the week these guys/girls are always cleaning something. I’ve been in a few other PF locations and they’re ok but this one actually makes an effort with the members. Definitely a great staff there!

It is always a pleasure to train with Jay who is the personal trainer there he is very patient and he knows just how far to challenge you to.he just knows what he is doing and I look forward to going there

Great Atmosphere Literally a no judgment zone staff there is awesome I highly recommend going there no matter big small little tall it's Amazingly truly a judge freezi would recommend it

First time ever in a gym at almost fifty, and I would've probably wimped out if it wasn't for Sayvon (sp). His energy is immaculate, the trainer is incredibly helpful, and the entire staff has been so welcoming. I'm way out of my comfort zone, but it's a great place to push through the fear and anxiety.

What we love about this location is the energy you are greeted immediately like family like you are that favorite famous family member who doesn’t come around enough. I have been to other locations and it felt ice cold, every one side eye watching you to see if they are in harms way or something, weird huh? The whitehall facility can use some updates like the massage chairs ok they raggedy, there are water spots on the ceiling and sometimes it stands of body odor however you get passed that real quick with the motivation you receive just by being in there with others, Pickerington has the nicest locker room ever I want Whitehall to mirror that, have you feeling like “Queen “ afterwards and newer massage chairs. Now I did cancel my membership because I was billed 8 bucks to start but they advertise $1 down, not true there are certain times it’s $1 then two weeks later I was billed $26.74 which is more than $24.99 and I had not been a member a month. I got the membership because our gym at home was being remodeled but I love it so much I go as a guest with my daughter. Send whitehall some money for upgrades it’s a wonderful place the staff is helpful funny and outgoing and not making $12 an hour really? When you have great help in your company keep them around it drives your revenue up or it will take it DOWN. Pay them more!

Like every Planet Fitness I’ve been to it’s nice people that are welcoming. I usually enjoy my short visits here

They need to go back to their previous Monday to Thursday 24 hrs schedule it’s was way better

Clean. Not busy and not loud. Esporta down the street BLASTS music it's so annoying you can't even hear your own music.

Do not get a membership here unless you want to get scammed out of your money! They charge your account multiple times a month, even after you’ve told them you want to cancel your membership. Just got charged today & I haven’t been to any PF in years!

Staff is very welcoming! Feels like home! And the music is always great. I don’t even bring headphones anymore!

Great place to workout. Most of the people who workout at this location are really cool and the staff is helpful if you need something. I hate the music they play but it's not an issue because I bring headphones.

Nice gym, can get very packed at times, there equipment isn’t as new as the others and the don’t provide all the machines expected. Friendly staff and provides the necessities.

Dirty gym. Paper towels all over the floor and equipment. Not the best environment. Awkward people…

The ultimate body workout booth has been down for two months now and the employees just say corporate doesn't care to fix it. That is the only reason I keep my membership here after my knee surgery and I haven't been able to use ot. They sure don't have a problem taking my money but they have a problem fixing stuff or updating equipment they used to have the half ball with the hard surface for balance now it's no where to be found.this location is really starting to go to trash.i can really tell when every month they have new employees. ******Update they fixed it and it is working great I really missed it
