Above and beyond. I am overweight. I need to exercise. I signed up here. Took a shower after and found that the handicap stall and changing room was not equipped right. I talked to an on duty manager. They actually spent $500 to make it right. You planet fitness are a leader in healthcare! Thank you!

Owners slashed hours of operation, the biggest selling point. Price didn't change to reflect that. Closing at ten on the weekends is a joke. Only response from them is we will keep our hours posted. THAT'S NOT EVEN ADDRESSING THE REAL POINT. Give us back the hours of operation we pay for

Clean and well appointed. Lots of equipment no waiting typically. If you are into free weights not the place for you.

This place is always clean and is a great value. Employees are nice. My huge disappointment here now is the new equipment they brought in. Classic example of newer isn't always better. Specifically, the machines inside the 30 minute express/circuit with the red and green light. The new equipment in there is SO much worse than the old stuff. The seats are tiny and made for children. Feels like you're falling off/out on most machines. And the designs of the equipment in there now are so awkward many are almost impossible to use. The adjustments are also much less accommodating so you can't personalize your settings and lengths. Huge disappointment there. Might actually cancel because of it.

I'm a blocked card member. Went to go in to tan at this facility this morning. And my mother came in with me to simply use the restroom. The 2 staff members that were on shift. D***, you're ran us down telling us that. We couldn't use the restroom and made a seem like we were criminals trying to get into the facility. Every single time I've been in hand to this facility. It's been dirty not only that, but everybody is rude and disrespectful. By all means, please avoid this place.

I researched my options before joining this gym and I'm confident I made the right choice. They have everything available that I was looking for

Good gym overall, clean and friendly staff. I do wish all the weights were not right in front of the cardio. I really hate feeling stared at lifting from everyone behind you.

Extremely angry people work here that don’t like their job and made me feel uncomfortable by yelling at me as soon as I walked through the door to check in. Definitely felt judged for sure.

Friendly place, and I'm still a bit shy going in, but I'm sure I'll get the hang of it. It's clean and inviting!

Clean gym. Friendly staff. Lots of workout equipment, including 5 Smith machines (I say that because I've been to a different planet fitness and they didn't have any)

Nice staff. I'm seeing customers one in particular who never cleans the machines off after use. I want to report this, but to whom.

Jessica has been so helpful and encouraging to me. I can't tell you how important she has been to me.

The staff is friendly and able to answer all my questions! Bathrooms are always clean. The members are good to be around people don't make you feel uncomfortable I'm a big girl and that's a must for me. Tanning beds are clean and work well. Id recommend them to anyone who's looking to be a better version of themselves.

I went to there for the 1st time today and loved it! Great staff. Kol went above and beyond to answer questions that I had, and helped me with learning how to use the wellness pod (which was amazing). I usually go to the Holland Sylvania gym, but found the staff more welcoming and friendly at the Perrysburg gym. Will definitely be back.
