Amazing place to work out with very friendly staff! The place is cleaned and sanitized very thoroughly throughout the day, equipment is very easy to use with diagrams to show how to use it.

The Newark, Ohio PF is low key, enjoyable and the staff is very helpful. If your looking for a gym then come here and be part of a great experience

A Planet fitness employee on Deo dr just discriminated against me for being handicapped, was very rude and disrespectful.next time it will be on video and i will be calling an attorney

Some staff need properly trained to handle certain situations like the continuous charging of one credit card after the lockdown assuming they still want to go there even though they havent been there since the beginning of the "COVID-19" Government shutdown. Very disrespectful female associate. She knows who she is.
The times have changed grow with or be left behind.

People of all ages and sizes! Staff is great! Everyone is very helpful and Bob is fantastic! Highly recommended!

Very clean and a happy staff! Greatest thing is they are open 24 hrs! Great for when I get off work late and not feel rushed to get a work out in. Plus the tanning beds are amazing. Just saying they are amazing lol

As advertised, the staff really makes you feel like a welcomed member! Getting the entire family a membership was the best decision we made all year!

I've been to 5 planet fitness' and this one is by far my favorite. Good size, never too busy, friendly staff, very clean.

My daughter had to literally close her bank account because they keep taking money after she has tried to cancel. They won't let you cancel. Shady company. Highway robbery is what they are.

Over all it seems like an amazing gym. The only problem my family and I had was that they require you to give then your saving or checkings account number. We aren't really Keen on giving out that info because we've been hacked and money has been taken. We couldn't get a membership because of that. I think they should bring back credit cards to use and cash.

Moved here from Canal Winchester (and came from that gym). This place is a step up from a great one down there.

Friendly staff and always machines available to use. My wife and I have really enjoyed coming here.

Back in September we needed to cancel our accounts and PF has set up the cancellation process to be damn near impossible. They keep taking money out of our account even though I have called every month to cancel it and ask for a refund. I will update once I finally get the fiasco fixed!

Great price for a gym. This location is very clean and not too noisy. Only missing a stairclimber, but uses its small space well.

It's amenities are modern and appealing. The service is amazing and courteous. Possibly the most clean business I have ever seen.

If you're somebody who is afraid of the stereotypical gym crowd, this place is for you. The atmosphere is much more relaxed and you will not feel judged nor will you be made fun of. It's a wonderful place to start at.
