You're not allowed to dead lift with a barbell. Apparently it's dangerous according to the very very experienced 19 year old staff member. Lol. It's not a place for weight lifting or power lifting or athletic training. It's not a real gym. I simply can't call a place a gym if you can't do dead lift without the staff freaking out. It's not a real gym. It's more like those workout rooms in hotels.

Join world gym. It's cheaper and has more stuff and the staff is great compared to the teens working in planet fitness. Happy training.

Normally I have don’t problems working out in this gym during the day. But every time I come here at night is a issues with night staff. I’m not sure what the issue is. I make a much noise as I want to during the day but it’s some how an issue at night?

I hope this get addressed soon this is one of my favorite gyms to workout at. Until it does I will just workout at the gym the morning without the overzealous staff.

Sadly this gym is not complying with the guidelines established to responsibly workout during this pandemic. Not enough distance between certain machines. So many people not wearing masks knowing that it’s mandatory, and nobody In the staff is saying a thing, of course staff is not even wearing their mask properly just hanging on her chin July 12 1: 50pm.

There are many equipments to work with and they encourage keeping your station clean after messing with the equipments. Sometimes it feels I did more cleaning than working out because of covid 17

Decent place, not too crowded, welcoming atmosphere.

But the "Lunk Alarm" is 10,000x more annoying than anything anyone could be doing to set it off. Get rid of it.

I've joined gyms before and I'd stop going after like 2weeks and forget about it. But I love going to this location across from tri county mall. Tye day staff is so helpful and always laughing. I've met my fitness goals when I first joined, on to the next goals. Used to be scarred of a treadmill now I can't get off one. Really enjoy going to pf especially this location.

Best value ever. All the gym equipment you could want plus tanning and 4 different types of massage as well as red light therapy?

Horrible place worst one I have ever been to in my life. Horrible girls work there the one in Milford is soooooo much better. I waited 2 hours to tan and she gave bed to someone who just walked in.

My shoes were stolen out of my car and the police were called the manager blew it off.didn't look at the camera's on the inside just the black and white one on the outside.it's like he didn't even wanna catch the person who did it. I'm now forced to deal with other gym members who might have similar shoes. I'm not letting this go.

This place is awesome. They are always cleaning and doing maintenance. The staff is so friendly and always helpful.

The club looks nice. I would liked to have purchased an 18 month membership. Sadly, the club does not take cash, so I will take my business elsewhere. It is not necessary to have my bank card on file if I am paying a year and a half up front. What a discriminatory practice.

Please be aware that they will continue to take out money from your bank account even after you cancel your membership and they will tell you that you signed a agreement for them to continue to take out money.they will not give the money back

Compared to the other Planet Fitness locations, this one is quite nice.

It's not new, but it's still clean and entirely functional. The setup is easy to navigate, and the equipment is in good condition.

I really like PF but not this location. Seems a bit run down and the parking lot in a pain to get in and out of.

Staff member Candance was extremely rude, continuously making rude comments, which is something that no one should have to deal with before they workout.will never go back to this location

The place was clean and well organized. I went early in the morning. It appeared some of the staff were still trying to wake up. Their attitudes could have used some adjusting. I moved on to a different facility after that. I was visiting the area for a month.

They take your money straight from your bank account months after you cancel your account.
Horrible experience. Never going to a gym again

PF is my place to workout and escape life. My only complaint is the lack of readily available trainers for a quick question.

Walk in is $20 plus tax which is considerably expensive. Free weight area is poor, machines only. No free weight lifting available. Only one leg press machine for entire gym, what a JOKE!

I've seen nicer gyms but it's not terrible. My only advice is to wash your equipment BEFORE you use it. I've never seen so many people not clean the equipment and the staff clearly doesn't care too much.
