I came in to cancel my membership, the document talked about freezing account, nothing about cancellation. The young man was nice but didn't understand about legal documents. He said his screen said something different. I tried to explain the document I am signing does not show anything about cancellation and I wasn't signing what was on his screen, I was asked to sign what was on my screen. A signed legal document is what is valid in court vs what he said. I tried to explain my contract was with corporate and it was their documents, not what he said that mattered. He didn't seem to understand i wanted to cancel and the document I was signing talked about freezing, term agreements, etc but NOT one thing about cancellation. The only time he was condescending was when he asked 'do you know about e-documents. Of course I know about e-documents and when I have someone sign an e-document I turn the screen to them, read the while document with them and have them sign the document they reviewed. The document I reviewed was not the one he said he had on his screen. In a court of law the document that is legal is the one signed, not the he said/she said. People have a right to review the FULL document they are signing before they place their signature on the document. The document need to be available on the signature pad so the client is signing the correct document and they are able to take picture of documents they are signing and compare it to any pri yed material they might receive.

The staff is friendly and helpful but about twice a week I catch old dudes staring at me while working out

Came in for a workout today before a 4th of July party just to check the place out, very clean and neat, and the staff were very pleasant. Makes me feel safe with all this COVID! Will be coming back to sign up for sure!

Very disappointed. I came here earlier this week, my first time during the pandemic. I was encouraged by their measures to socially distanced, require masks while not working out, and require cleaning equipment between uses. However none of these measures were enforced. And with poor enforcement comes poor compliance. Goodbye planet fitness.

Good location but small and not the best line of equipment.much better at other PFs.good parking. (go in back). Quiet.level 4 tanning booths and good showers.

This is a review of the Company not the local gym. The Greedy punks just charged me for two memberships I can’t use because their gyms are closed because of the virus.

Awesome place to workout. Doesn't matter if your new or a long time gym veteran. Just come in and do your thing! The equipment is clean and updated, plenty of free weights, treadmills, bikes, you name it, they have it.

There's usually three or four employees standing around at the front desk just chatting. I would like to see the employees cleaning the place. Asking if everything's okay? Asking do you need anything? The restroom hand dryer is not working. One of the stalls in the ladies room is out of order.

Facility is unclean. Tanning beds have areas that are either cracked or broken and very unsanitary, floors and walls both look like they have not been cleaned in a long time. I like the convenience of this facility but due to the facility being unclean I will drive further for a better taken care of facility.

Clean facility and great staff. Kylie and Gina are awesome. That make it a point to greet everyone by name and are always accessible if you have any questions about the amenities. This location also has tanning, massage chairs and a hydrotherapy table.

This is a smaller location. With that said they still have everything you need. I recommend choosing the time of day you come carefully. When it gets busy it can become more difficult to be able to use what you need for your routine. Staff is friendly and the gym is clean. If you choose to use a locker I recommend bringing a lock. Better safe than sorry.

This planet fitness has all the amenities on paper as the other locations but when I signed up here I did not realize how run down it is in comparison to the other locations. This one is dim, a bit shady, the other patrons are a little questionable at times, and the machinery is very close together. Coming from the Wright State Uni. Area it was closest so naturally I went there first to sign up. Luckily I got black card so I can float to other locations and have ventured around. I always drive the extra few miles to go to the Sugarcreek Township location now and sign in as a float. If you are from the Beavercreek-Fairborn area I would definitely recommend driving a little extra ways up there to that location. I will write a separate, 5-star review for that location as that one is wonderful.

Darren was extremely welcoming and made me and my mom very motivated to work out and stay healthy. He is very polite and professional all in one. I come everyday

Open at 7? WHY? Not very helpful for people that want to work out before they begin their work day. I've been a member for years and iI'v never seen a Planet Fitness with such hours.

Not very CLEAN! The place looks old and run down than the others I've been. It no big deal to me, but it does look unprofessional when a group of employees just hangout at the front desk on the phones. Bad management

I usually go later in the evening and i rarely have to wait to use any of the equipment. The facilities are usually clean and the tanning beds are decent.

I have read the reviews and I was going to get a membership here but there is so much negative commits over the positive one's and they are the same. My question is why hasn't management or the owner see that the dirty mess etc is changed. I guess ill have to go to Lady's premiere now

The vibe really depends on the day and time you go there.
Some employees are decent and courteous while others are rude.

The place needs cleaning and some of the equipment have a lot of dust.

I visit from out of state. I was here for 2 weeks at Thanksgiving and I was at the gym every day. No issues and all staff greeted me when i walked in and if not busy, when i walked out. I am back for Christmas with my family and have been the past 2 days and again, very pleasant experience. I love my gym in Stone Mountain, GA so I'm relieved that this gym treats me the same way as if i were at my home gym.

Nice place to work out. No one talks to me, which is a massive plus. The facility is updated and very clean, with circuit training and an stations. I really don't have any complaints.
