23Staff is super friendly and chill. They lack a lot of the machines that other locations have. It’s clean too but needs updating.
The staff is amazing! Very polite and friendly. Cant beat the price. Only wish 24 hours still applied to weekends.
DO NOT GO HERE. I have had a terrible time cancelling my membership. I cancelled in person and the staff member said everything was all set and I could still use the facility until the 16th of the month. I then moved out of town thinking everything was all set. A couple weeks later I realized my bank account had been charged twice- once for the monthly fee and once for the yearly fee AFTER I HAD BEEN TOLD MY MEMBERSHIP WAS CANCELLED. I called the gym and spoke to manager who said he was having computer issues but would call me back with additional information for cancelling if needed. I never got a call back and thought everything was good but then got charged again! Terrible service and not even an offer for a refund let alone an actual refund.
