They sold me a fake Chinese rip-off version of the Suorin Air which had typos on the box, was written on, and resealed with plastic wrap. Don't trust their products unless you've inspected it. Not sure if they are aware they are selling clones, but they are.

Just left from being there for the first time. They have every flavor u can think of. They have good quality pens for cheap, cheaper then ware I was going that is, bought this mod for 40$! Other places charge 60,80 for this mod. They also have a barber shop inside and a little mini aquarium, it's a nice place to just sit n smoke if ur into that, the workers are really nice, I loved this place. It's my new home vape shop.

I have been a loyal customer for about a year and a half, i drive 25 minutes to get here, there are plenty of vape shops closer to me but none like this. Abe, J. T and all of the staff here are super helpful and pleasant, shop is always clean and they have the best prices I've ever seen!

Poor service. I walked in to pick up a bottle of juice.the guy working behind the counter was letting another customer sample a flavor, there was no conversation other than the customer talking to his friend. Salesman did not acknowledge me at all. I waited for 15 minutes and left.

First went to this shop about a month ago. Got a coil for my prince tank (cheapest in CLE). Been going to them ever since. From the owner to employees, best customer service I've seen. They don't treat you like a customer, more like a friend. That's what makes shops last forever. 5 out of 5 because I can't give 6. Highly recommend to anyone.

Amazing shop. I have a handful of shops within 5-15 mintues from me but no one compares to this shop so I make the 35-40 mintue drive at least once every 2 weeks for all of my vaping needs. Huge variety of juices and mods. Have lots of vapes for people just starting out to people who have vaped forever. Always have the latest and greatest and always in stock. Prices are reasonable, friendly helpful knowledgeable staff. Owner is very active in the shop and very personable. Wont go anywhere else!
