Planned Parenthood - Old Brooklyn Health Center, Cleveland OH

Horrible. They messed up my pap smear twice, and my lab work. I had an appointment at 5: 20 and they didn't take me back until 6: 30, and didn't do my iud until almost 7. I almost walked out. I thought they resubmitted my lab work but they just called and told me they didn't. I'm never going back, I rescheduled everything at the Cleveland Clinic.

Amazing expierence. Wasn't able to make an appointment soon enough online called and got scheduled for the next day! Check in process was easy. No waiting to be called back. Clean office. The ENTIRE staff was friendly and helpful. The clinician, Melissa, was friendly, informative and listened to all of my questions/concerns. Only 3 stars because I was informed of some but not all of the side effects of the prescription and the was not told it would be less effective because of my BMI had to discover this information on the brands website

I come here for hormonal replacement therapy and the staff is always so polite if youre trans and thinking of coming here I recommend it. I havent been misgendered or deadnamed once since coming here.

Omg. They emailed me a check-in questionnaire that took an HOUR to complete & asked too many invasive questions.then asked most of the SAME in the office! Why? Beautiful office, very nice personnel.

I was able to seen very quickly for an emergency contraceptive. Literally the next day. The girl from the front was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had to reschedule but I was able to be seen the next day and leave with what I needed. The medical assistant was very nice. The Nurse Practitioner was amazing. Love love love the staff the care. Planned parenthood usually has a bad reputation but they came thru for me when no one else would so I am extremely appreciative and definitely recommend for whatever you may need!

Scheduled at 2 and now it's an hour later and still havent been seen. How hard is it to come into renew my birth control prescription. They're not even that busy right now.

Went there with insurance because I couldn’t get an appointment with a nearby obgyn within 6 weeks. Charged me $200 and kept canceling my follow up appointments only after I was already in the office. Three times they made me wait, only to tell me to come back in a week. They also didn’t believe me when I said I trust my partner of 6 years and I was just there for unusually painful cramps. By the 3rd cancelled visit, I had an Obgyn appointment in Westlake. They charged me $17 and were 1000x more professional. I’m for planned parenthood but if you have insurance don’t go to planned parenthood it will cost you more and definitely don’t go to this location unless you want to waste your time.

I went in for my appointment for birthcontrol and they had me wait for 25 minutes only to take me back and tell me they couldn’t give it to me because I was too early and to come back in a week.
