NEO Realty Group has used platinum restoration since 2016 at numerous properties and property types, for all kinds of serious issues related to water, water damage, indoor air quality, drying and dehumidifying, large cleanups, plaster and drywall damage. They are always responsive and timely, thorough with high quality work, show concern for the commercial tenants or residents impacted, and able to move quickly so that people can get back to their businesses or their apartments. Using platinum services has helped mitigate further damages with quick response times, and as a trusted vendor they help us deliver excellent customer service at our managed assets.

We reached out to Platinum after an apartment fire, which did significant damage to the kitchen and dining room. They responded immediately and helped us navigate the entire process, including the initial cleanup, insurance claim processing, construction, permitting and inspections. We had one point of contact for the construction project and a team of people heloping us navigate the paperwork. They did excellent work, were easy to work with and were incredibly responsive. I hope I never have to deal with disaster recovery again, but if I do, I will definitely call Platinum.

Platinum worked very hard with us to rebuild our garage. There are so many facets to what you think is so simple. The people were great from beginning to end. Fires are not events to forget and this good company and its employees made it easier to get through the ordeal. I highly recommend them.

Great experience. Had a pipe freeze and burst on Christmas morning and Ray, the owner came out to assess the damage right away. The next day, Nick and Mike came with equipment to dry and dehumidify the home. Nick and Mike were very professional and worked hard to get things in place while respecting our home. Would definitely recommend!

My mother had a terrible flood from a bathroom upstairs. The water damaged three levels of the house. This happened at 4: 00 am. Platinum was at my mother's house by 10: 00 am the same day. I don't even know how they pulled that off. The provided immediate clean up but the damage to the floors and dry wall was overwhelming. They took care of everything. When the job was done, it was seamless. You never would have known there was a flood. Thanks guys. You did a great job.

Platinum did a nice job on our restoration for some fire damage in our 1854 old corporate headquarters, Took a while for them to get going but they were responsive and listened and did a nice job. I particularly want to point out Ruben Riviera who was always on time and worked VERY hard. Ruben painted and I believe dry walled and he made sure everything we asked for got done and even anticipated our desire to keep the space clean and neat and he DID! I was so impressed when I mentioned our back hall was looking rough with supplies and equipment stored their for the restoration that Ruben made sure it was looking great the very next morning. Very appreciated and a main reason why Platinum gets a good rating! Jeff Sidabras also was extremely helpful and cooperative in setting up our work and he went the extra mile to get the job moving and completed. Jeff connected with us early on and pushed to get the job completed and in good order.thank you Jeff and Ruben!

My garage and family room were damaged due to an accident. Platinum Restoration did a temporary fix the day of the accident. They arrived at the scheduled date and time promised. The work was completed quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I am very pleased with the final results of the work. The crew cleaned up their work at the end of each day and the final clean up was great.

I purchased a home dated from 1945. The basement was damp and dingy. The tile floor looked like it was not cleanable since there was so much dirt, mud & dampness. Platinum brought in cleaning equipment that made the floor sign. I can now use the basement with comfort. Thx Platinum

I just used Platinum to remediate a 20 year old leak that actually rotted my framing and ceiling joists. Roofers claimed it was fixed for years, but the problem continued. Platinum was able to safely and quickly perform the mold removal and containment, removed, replaced and reinforced my framing and joists, replaced the drywall and painted my entire great room and three story foyer. They were skilled, friendly, and professional. I will only use this company for my restoration needs going forward. Huge shoutout to Henry, Christopher, Ruben, Nick, Nicolette and Bill for making this stressful situation tolerable and right. 15/10

Was very pleased with the work they did - they were very careful with everything, did a complete job, neat and very willing to answer questions, keep me posted. Everyone did a great job Mike and Travis, Kevin and his cleaning crew, the painters - all did a great job.

We lost our roof to a high wind storm. Our ceilings were soaked, insulation hanging out and some flooring ruined. Our insurance company hooked us up with Platinum Restoration. Within minutes, they called and set up a time to come out and get started. They hung plastic and got to work taking the ceilings and wet insulation down. Big fans and dehumidifiers we're in all the rooms and attic to dry things out. We would recommend this company for any restoration you may need. The guys were even nice enough to see to it that nothing got past that plastic due to my pulmonary issues.

Back in February of 2022 during an ice storm my 60 year old oak tree came down on my house. The damage went all the way through the roof, ceiling, and siding. Platinum was one of three companies my insurance gave me. They were the only ones to call me back. I’m glad they were. Although it took a while to get all the work done due to labor shortages and supply chain issues, they and the contractors they sent were all top notch people. Each crew arrived when they said, worked hard, and best of all completed their part of the job with quality. Joe from Platinum was great to work with and extremely helpful. I also needed some extra work done beside what was damaged and covered by insurance. It was no problem, the prices were fair and the work complete and outstanding. The outside of my house is all brand new. It’s the best looking house on the street and I highly recommend this company.

Having never had a fire either at home or in business. It was a very traumatizing event. Ray from Platinum Restoration came to my shop the following day and it was a reassuring meeting. After the fire marshal completed his work. Platinum was on the job. My 4,000 ft² warehouse was black with soot from the smoke. With no structural damage their crew was on it that Monday. Tim and his crew attacked The job. I cannot say enough about platinum restoration. I'm so glad I chose them. Very courteous and they always answered the phone. I had zero downtime. My business continued to operate with their cleaning crews working in the warehouse. Even some electronics that were smoke damaged were replaced a month later. Although I hope I never need another restoration company, I would call Platinum Restoration without hesitation. Even Nicole from their office was very helpful. We had a valve break in our half bath and did not realize it until the next morning. This caused our basement to get flooded.
Platinum showed up on a Sunday morning very promptly and evaluated the situation. They were very professional and discussed everything with us. They promptly brought in their equipment and did an excellent job with drying and cleaning up the basement. They left fans going overnight to help dry out the carpet and walls. They showed up the next day to follow up and remove all equipment. What a great job and lifesaver they were.
