I'm deeply saddened by my experience there today. I'm an enthusiastic retro game collector but I'm also extremely low vision and I walk around with a cane. And today the two male staff members who were working made a couple of insensitive jokes and remarks about being blind. I left and have been feeling sad ever since.

I continue to find reasons to come into this location. The staff treats games as a lifestyle and you feel that vibe the minute they greet you. I just purchased a PS4 Spider-Man Collector’s Edition and was able to make the transaction online and then pick it up (thanks again, David)! Their facebook page posts inventory constantly, and they make it easy to want to buy from them. Highly recommend the Polaris location for your fix.

Left a game clearly marked at $64.99 (two separate price tags on the box) at the counter with the staff while I continued browsing. When I came up to check out, they had retagged it to $119.99. I was already hesitant to buy it as it was barely in line with sold copies on eBay in similar condition. Made the decision not to buy easy I suppose, but felt pretty scummy.

Definitely feels like they've gone down hill in the past couple years.

They have terrible customer service. They forgot to give me the controller chord and then acted as if they were doing me a favor of not charging me for a controller chord for the ps5

Great store to find used games for consoles like ps4, ps3, ps2, atari, wii, switch, Xbox, ect. Great store to find used DvDs. And the staff here are always in an amazing mood and willing to help you.

I stop in here quite often to get my retro fix, ok selection and reasonable prices. Today tho, I watched them take advantage of someone selling some pretty in demand items. It was clear the customer had no idea of the value of what they had. I started to say something but they all stared daggers at me and I got the hint. Definitely won't be returning here.

I moved to Lewis Center back in July and just came across this store a few days ago. They ordered me a Nintendo Gamecube from another store because they had none in stock and charged no shipping fees! They also resurfaced a game disc of my for free and took great care of the top and bottom! The staff has all been super polite and great to work with! Found my new store for game shopping! Highly recommend! Zack and Nate matched Walmart's price of GTA trilogy on Xbox One. Walmart asking $29.88. Play it was charging $59.99 but matched for $24.99! Play it has a much better staff and is top game of the industry! Thomas also knows me by first name and always greets me by my same name! Go here for your gaming needs! Not Walmart!
