Plaza Lanes reviews
13Great facility, great employees, great food overall terrific experience for everyone. Jordan is super hospitable and I never would bowl anywhere else. Go out and bowl! You won’t regret it.
Lanes and equipment are modern and well maintained. Didn't utilize the pizzeria, but area is kept clean. Bathroom clean and everything works
We actually only came here for Cameo Pizza on the way to Sandusky for a water park trip. The Cameo in Sandusky didn’t open until 4pm and we wanted lunch and this one opened at noon (on a Sunday). It was kind of hard to find from the road since is just a warehouse building so I’m sharing some pics of that. They had a nice arcade, bowling alley, darts, and virtual golf. Lots of space to eat in the dining room. Restrooms big enough to change into our swimsuits lol. The pizza was awesome as always, they had plates napkins and silverware self-serve for us at the bar. Bar tender was super friendly. It worked out great!
We did our family date night here, and did the glow bowling. We had so much fun, and the staff was wonderful. Thank you for a great experience.
Was looking for a place to bowl. But living 25 min away and your web site does not get you much info and not answering phones ruled me out coming there. It would be nice to see prices.
We showed up and bought two drinks. We asked two questions and were snapped back at. After complaining to ourselves about the service, they cut us off and were very rude about it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
I have called multiple times to set up a birthday party to no avail. Persons on phone are every rude and not helpful,
told me to go online that it was easier than them helping me on phone.
Went online but birthday packages were not available and it is not easier by any means. Called back to speak to manager and the girl said there was none. Asked to speak to someone in charge and she said there was no one. That they cant help me reserve anything. Go online is all they would say. Not helpful at all.
Have been there few times this past summer as well and the staff was very rude and not friendly at all. Being the only alley in this county has made them not care about their customers it seems.
I just wanted to book a party for my granddaughter close to home since its winter and they are not helpful at all. Must not want business much.
So sad that such a great place in the day has gone down hill. Took my granddaughter to bowl for her first time and it said they opened at 1pm and it was even posted with the date since it was over the holidays and we stood and waited until 1: 20 before the guy got there to open up. There were over 20 people standing waiting. Paid $30 for 2 adults and a 2 year old to play 1 game. Went into the arcade for some fun afterwards and a number of games would not work. Just very sad.
Place was very busy and I had come in for two hour unlimited bowling. The guy at the front desk said it would be about a 20 minute wait. So we hung out and almost an hour later we still had no lane and we found out the people we were waiting on extended their time so we had to wait even longer. We ended up getting a refund and leaving. Why would they charge us if we aren't even guaranteed a spot? Terrible concept so now I am probably gonna have to wait a week for the refund since they have a terrible system. The guy at the desk just said sorry nothing I can do. Glad I don't live here and have to deal with this. Won't ever come back here.
Lanes are nice but the set up with tables feels a little squashed. Very chaotic in the transition from league nights to open bowling. Not a lot of space to wait around.
Nice place. Don't drive past it since the sign is very hard to recognize, especially if it's displaying some random graphic and not the name. Once you pass it you're on the highway so go slow.
Food is good, regular, older female bartender is always in a poor mood. Terrible customer service, hassles customers over food and 3rd party sale simply trying to order food. Will not visit again because of this I hope she is fired or gets retrained. She has given my family and I and others I know problems many times.
Went there this past Saturday, 10/15 and what an awful experience. Went in with the expectation of how everything would be great, and to say the least it was far from that. We went with about 20 people. We rented 3 lanes, online states it's $54 per lane, but we were charged $160. That meant each lane was $60, so I had asked " just curious how much is it per lane? " Employee: $60. Me: " oh okay online says $54" Employee- "oh yeah that's wrong needs updated". He has the WORST attitude possible. Over 60% of the arcade games don't work. The food was burnt. And your Employee came over and said to us something very rude about our party group. What a shame to spend that kind of money and be singled out and not have a great experience at all.
