Does good work at this dentist but only when you can get in. Me and my Fiance since the beginning of this year had 4 appointments cancelled for lame excuses (pre pandemic). They always say an employee car broke down when they reopened they made my fiancé wait 6 weeks to get a temporary crown off her tooth because they had to cancel two appointments for lame excuses would NOT recommend.

I couldn't believe how painless the procedure was. Everyone of the staff are so friendly, they really put you at ease.

Dr. Downing is a very gentle, caring, and personable dentist. He and his staff make their patients feel very special and do not make them feel like an assembly line part. Dr. Downing provided me with different treatment options that helped me make an informed decision. Thank you, Dr. Downing, for your thorough, compassionate treatment of my dental needs! You put a smile on my face!

Used to really like this dental office but recently I had a crown come loose and they refused to fix it an sent me to a periodontist to get it done. Not at all happy with the referral an found a new dentist who I am thrilled with about who I wrote another review here since he (King's Dental) is so much better an fixed my crown for about 1/10th of what their referral wanted. This used to be a great dental office before it was sold. No longer. But Dr Guy at King's Dental is the best. I plan to stay with them from now onward.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. My 4yr old was a little apprehensive but Stephanie spoke to her at a kid friendly level making it a fun and entertaining experience Dr Downing was thorough in his assessment and provided a knowledgeable and informative care plan

Very unprofessional. I don't care how much you dislike another dental company, you do not bad mouth them in front of clients. It was like a hyena feeding ground with the staff here. Snide and rude comments will not retain customers. I did not get service for another reason altogether but I would not go back there.

Dr Downing and his staff are always friendly and explain well what they plan to do. No we are not related.

Very friendly staff. I actually enjoyed going to the dentist for the first time since I was like 7.
