14It is one of slowest ones in Columbus. They gave 8 Windows but I've never seen more than 3 open at a time. Today is the first of the month and they only have 3 people working. Doesn't make sense. If you want to save time go to another location.
I went into The store on Cleveland Avenue in Columbus Ohio and cash my paycheck for $1100. The lady at the register gave me $736 in cash and supposedly loaded $350 onto my card and then told me that I did not need a receipt for the money that was loaded onto my card and now there is no pending transaction of $350 to my card! And now nobody will answer the store phones! I needed that money to pay off my truck by tonight and now I’m just screwed. I didn’t know that I needed to be on guard or even worry about somebody at check, cashing place robbing me for money, especially if they work behind the glass. It’s super sad and I’m a single mother!
Very friendly very courteous even when extremely busy probably one of the best check cashing places in the city.

Sells free money orders. Seems like it's always crowded and not enough tellers open. Makes you keep phone number on file to just get money order tho
This one of the most ghetto places and they don’t cash your check if it’s already signed. You have to sign it infront of them so I couldn’t cash it.
Mo and Kiara helped me to the fullest tonight, they were very kind and sweet. I would love to have them help me any day. Best experience at pls over the years!

I was having trouble with the atm an there was two wonderful ladies in there that was very helpful the atm declined my cared 4-5 times I asked for help an the lady up front was more than happy to help me got me together within 5 minutes in an out after that they where wonderful
I could not believe how rude the people who work there were. I simply walked in to cash an $88 child support check. The lady was so rude and chastised me for signing my own check. I would never go here again. Just go down the street to Walmart and save the hassle.
