This company is what you wish every company would be and act. Very professional, on time, knowledgeable, and all around wonderful. They did an absolutely fantastic job. Have had other companies come out too do similar services and they were far below in every facat compared to this company. Went above and beyond. The cleaning they did was amazing. I truly hope everyone uses them. Other companies push for services you don't need that are very costly. They diagnosed the problem and did it professionally. Well done guys.

Called with a sewer problem and the staff that answered heard my problem and made sure I was a priority. Rob came when they told me he would be there. Gave me a few options for repair after inspection. Made the repairs and was very professional throughout the whole process.

Very highly recommended. This is my second installation. I have a mother in law sweet and knew it was a matter of time going to have to be replaced. Over 11 years old. It wasn’t an emergency but called in to be expected to be put on a list to have replaced. The representative said we can have some one come out today we have one on standby. I was like what? Are you sure! I honestly don’t need him today but if he wants to come out that would be awesome. Mind you I call them for anything and I’m now confident any thing I need they will be here. Apparently not a good idea to use flushable wipes. Yes had them come out in an emergency situation to be told that. Problem solved quickly. Just purchased my home a year ago. Have used them 4 times. (because I have kids that flush things) Always there for me. Give me a discount because I use them. Prompt, efficient and very friendly service. I always have a fun and informative discussion about plumbing and make a new friend along the way. It’s costly to have repairs done. But to know they want the best for you and give you tips not to have them NOT come back out is a bonus.

So glad I went with them! Adam was prompt, efficient, and did a great job installing our new water heater and replacing some leaky valves. He also brought our house up to code when installing the new water heater (which the guy who flipped the house originally should have done). Hope we don't ever need their services again but if so, will be happy to give them another call.

I've used Plumbing 911 twice and had an excellent experience both times. Both plumbers were Friendly, understanding, prompt, took the time to answer questions, and were happy to wear masks in the house at my request. Just an excellent experience all around. No one wants plumbing problems, but I will definitely call them next time one happens.

The experience was very good Dennis was very knowledgeable about sewers but didn’t use the notes that I told the person when a call for the service. Also the path to get to this point sucks. Saturday was the day they arrived to hydro clean the truck line. Once equipment arrived everything went quick. I would recommend 911 to other.

This is 3rd time using Plumbing911! From calling and scheduling appointment to service completed it has been another great experience. Shane was excellent in answering questions and solving my plumbing issues. Fair pricing and job done in matter of a few hours! This is the company I will always call first for plumbing issues! Robbie Taylor did a great job. Found the leak and cause of the leak. After repair, took his time and did a great job cleaning up. I highly recommend Robbie for any plumbing needs someone may have. He's my go to guy if I have future plumbing issues!

I was very impressed with the professional service and was even more moved when Shane thanked me for my Military service. He was on the spot time wise and did not talk over my head and try to sell me service that I did not need.

Plumbing 911 was responsive and able to provide us an appointment with a technician in less than 24 hours.

Our plumber, Ryan Hartley, showed up on time. Ryan was professional and personable. He interacted with us to find the issues and talked us through a “plan of action”. He was knowledgeable and helpful in describing what the issues were. He also explained to us what he was doing and how to maintain things going forward. He tested all of his work/repairs in front of us for validation.

Overall, we were extremely pleased with Ryan and the services he provided. We would definitely use Ryan (Plumbing 911) again and highly recommend to others!

We're happy with this company and plan on using them again in the summertime to do a jet cleaning of our pipe in the basement we had water backing up in our basement this morning and yesterday and I called them this morning and they came right out and fixed the problem of the leaking they were roots in our drain pipe and like I said in the summertime will probably have him come back out and do the jet cleaning to take all the roots out of the pipe

Mr Nick Ledger (Plumbing 911) and Mr Sergio Staanovski (Surge Co) did a very PROFESSIONAL repair to my kitchen drain pipe, Nick diadonosed the exact location of the problem and fixed it and Mr Stanovski removed the exterior siding and sheathing of my kitchen wall and replaced the same. They were well prepared, with all parts and tools needed, worked quickly, professionally, and left NO visible trace of the extensive work either inside or on the outside wall of my house. AT THIS TIME, THE DRAIN APPEARS TO BE FIXED! I, ONCE AGAIN, THANK THOSE CRAFTSMEN FOR A JOB PROFESSIONALLY DONE. THEY truly are an asset to their professions and Plumbing 911 and the reason for my 5 Star rating.

My water heater tank broke down at night, next morning I called 6 different companies to get it fix and the only one able to do the job the same day was Plumbing 911, fair prices and excellent communication, they came in at 11am, estimated the labor, I approved it, they went to get the materials, came back to install it, and by 2: 30pm it was all done.

Jon was the technician that serviced our problem today! He was very knowledgeable in what was needed to fix our leaking faucet that didn’t shut off. I am really pleased with the work he did and highly recommend him for future jobs! Thanks Jon! Great work today!

Had a main sewer line clog. They were out when they said they would be and within an hour my main line to the street was running free again. The technician"Adam" new what he was doing and was very knowledgeable. First class outfit. Would recommend and would definitely use them again.

Adam was very professional and knowledgeable. He got to work very fast so we could turn the water back on in the house. Plumbing 911 seems like a company that can be relied on in a pinch and I would definitely use them again.

Ryan was very professional. When he arrived he started looking at the drains which was the original call. He noticed that our well sup pump wasn't looking right. He took to time to look it over and realized it wasn't draining properly. His attention to detail saved us a big mess. He took the time to explain what he was doing to our 10 year old son. He got the drains cleaned and sup pump installed. This is my 2 nd time using plumbing 911 and I will definitely ask for Ryan if we ever need work done again. Big Thank you Ryan for all your help!

I call another company and they told me it would be 2 weeks before they could do anything for me, then I called plumbing911 and they came out within 3 hours everything under my sink was routed and fixed it real nice. I told them I had a coupon for 30 percent off but he gave me 40 percent. I thank Shane for doing a very good job and would recommend them to everyone
