4Take the timed ticket entry and pay on the way out. A certain set of stairs will take you to the lobby of the bank to be able to pay cash in the machine before you leave or pay by card at the gate. Stayed at a hotel nearby, didn’t want to valet, didn’t need in/out privileges, my car was safe, it wasn’t smelly or dirty, 5 stars.
This garage was a royal pain to get in to. Tight entrance. Rude and impatient drivers.
Love this place since it's doors were first opened and asa member I have nothing but praise to the staff and the facility for it's services available to the community.
First, the price was great. We got there Friday night and left Sunday morning and it only cost $12. But we had an issue trying to leave. We were leaving at 5am and when we entered our parking ticket the gate didn’t rise. We tried calling the number and no one answered. We tried backing up and pulling back up, but nothing happened. We ended ip having to go into the conjoined PNC bank to talk to the security guards to ask for help. Come to find out the guard had to assist another person out and never reactivated the gate to allow us to get out. This whole ordeal took about 30 minutes which was very inconvenient for us!
