Podiatry Associates of Cincinnati reviews
12I am very unhappy with my experience at Podiatry Associates of Cincinnati. Dr. Nick Woebkenberg originally talked with me about a specific kind of orthotics without a post heel. He said he would request that they make them that way. The orthotics I received did not have a post heel, but they did not have the curved heel base that we discussed. I asked why they were different than what we had discussed. The doctor would not answer my question and instead criticized me personally. He said that I was too picky.
My husband has had fungus for years now. Last time we went to this office Dr. Lakamp was who he saw. He has since retired but thought we'd go back to see if there's anything else we can do to get rid of the fungus. Hoping there was better products out there.
We saw Dr. Blanton who was very nice and told us in our 5 minute visit that we could go somewhere else and have laser treatment. He told us it would run about $130 to have this done. After calling who he suggested we find out it's $150 for one toe that will need to be treated 4 -6 times. That's $150 each time you go. We then got a bill from Podiatry Assoc, for $140. I called and they said it's because he is considered a new patient.
Very frustrated that they charged this much and never even did anything but give us false information.
The only place in town that you still have to wear your mask.get with the program.no.where else is it required
COVID Protocols in place, everyone was welcoming, did not have to wait long before going in for appt. Xrays and visit with Dr.were handled quickly and professionally. Dr. Woebkenberg did surgery on my right foot several years ago, so when I was having similar problems on my left foot, I knew he was the guy to see!
I have found that the staff is great. Receptionist makes you feel welcome and accommodate you as best she can. Nurses are always helpful yet let you keep your Independence. The doctors listen a take care of your needs and they don't push unnessary procedures. You can be sure that you need whatever operation they recommend
The office personal were very professional and friendly. I met Dr. Woebkenberg for the first time. He was friendly too. He was very professional too and I liked how he handled my problem well! He gave me great advice on how to handle my foot problems. I will be going back for a check up. And I will see him again if I have any other foot problems in the future.
Nice folks. Great doctors. Just can't ask for better service and support from a professional organization.
Easy to discuss issues with. Good detail explanation. Personable, professional and courteous. Both doctor and staff.
I want to thank Dr. Bowman for her excellent, painless care of my foot problem.
I went in with acute pain and walked out without it. I was able to resume a normal active life the very next day
No one in this office ever introduced themselves to me.
DPM (the person whom i assumed to be the DPM) seemed indifferent and "quick".
The new orthotic I got was OK though.
Asked for an FMLA form. Was charged $40. Form was incomplete and had an incorrect diagnosis. Office manager was supposed to call me back regarding this, but never did.
Probably won't go back.
Well, just my experience at PAC in a nutshell.

As a follow-up: Upon finally reaching the office manager, she cheerfully refunded my $40. Thank you for that.

Further follow-up: I received a bill months later for the previously refunded FMLA form. I " 'aint a payin' ".
Dr. Nick Woebkenburg is great, takes time with patients to listen, we tried differant alternatives before surgery. On week 2 after foot surgery and still no pain, very thorough and professional. If I know anyone in need of foot care I will be referring Dr. Nick.
Podiatry Associates are the best. Dr. Nick who I always see is excellent. I would go no where else but to him Staff is always friendly. Great Practice.
