We are very pleased with our new purchase. We bought a 2023 Polaris 450 from Jeremy. He was fantastic in working with us and allowed the sale to go smooth. There was a small mix up between sales floor and warehouse in which we had to wait a few days to pick up our new machine. We waited approximately 4 days mixed in with the holiday season to pick it up. Jeremy was excellent with communication, brought us the ramps, and loaded the machine for me. For a salesman to take that time means he cares about his customers. Thank you for making our experience great Jeremy. We will be back in the future.

Jeremy.k, assisted me with my purchase of my new 2021 can am ryker. He is very professional, well educated on the products and services, and was able to answer all of my questions. He is friendly and created a comfortable environment. He problem solved and ensured I got exactly what I wanted in the end. He even personally delivered my ryker to me as well as went over the functions once again. He made the experience one of the best I have ever had when making a large purchase. Had a great experience dealing with Bones and Trent getting the bike I came to see. Price was a little higher overall than I’d hoped for, but overall very happy with the purchase. The missing 5th star is because of the financing snafu we had that continued into the following week requiring a restart of the process. I would purchase from these fellas again.

I recently went to Polaris Medina, owned by State 8 motorcycle. I personally had a poor experience with the service department. The head manager of State 8 service, in the falls, did a great job in fixing the situation. He reached out personally, to show how important customers are to there company. This guy has retained my business for years to come. If you want a company that treats you right, please go to State 8 motorcycle's.

What a fantastic experience. I took two small Children in there and bought a side by side. The experience was so nice I went back The following week and bought a four wheeler. What a fantastic Group of people, they even help me coral my kids. Paul was amazing with me and my children.

Sales man was honest and up front with all options as well as delivery date. Closing was a breeze and will use them for all moving forward.

Bought a used bike from these guys and had it for 24 hours before I had to bring it back for some things I wasn't happy with. I had to do the legwork to find an aftermarket compensator because stock HD replacements are on backorder supposedly or just let it sit there apart for months until the parts showed up. The service dept couldn't duplicate the charging system problems. After getting it back I hooked up my midtronics battery tester and the result was less than half capacity. So I bought a battery and no issues now. Communication from service dept was none until I complained to the manager bike sat up there for 4 weeks Also gouged my wheels pretty bad after paying them to replace the original tires from 2012 that should have been replaced prior to the sale. Pao the salesman was helpful and apologetic. I wouldn't deal with these people

I had a great experience from first shopping online, to checking out the showroom in person. Pau (the salesman) made the entire process very easy. I can’t say enough positive things about the service. They were very accommodating. The entire team went above and beyond. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a bike.
