I paid $88 for a gel pedicure on December 16th, a Saturday. 4 days later i have a whole toe nail missing polish. The “gel” completely came off. By the 5th day, Thursday, I had a second toe that chipped. I go in on Friday, the 6th day, and they fix it. 2 chipped gel nails in less than a week. It’s now been 8 days since the original pedicure and 2 days since they repaired my 2 chipped nails and I look down and I have a whole different toe completely missing polish. NOT to mention my last two visits they have cut my toes to the point of bleeding. I’ve been getting gel pedicures and have NEVER had gel chip before 3-4 week mark. To completely fall of within FOUR DAYS means they either don’t know what they’re doing or are using extremely cheap product. I will NEVER spend my money with them again and don’t recommend anyone else too.

I have been coming to this salon since it opened. This is the best place in Columbus. Great service, friendly staff, Son and Ivy are fabulous! All of the salon staff are wonderful people!

I go to Polish regularly and usually have a good experience. This time not so much. The nail tech rushed through my pedicure so fast it looked half done. All the nails weren't even painted all the way. One nail wasn't filed well so I mentioned it to her and instead of filing the nail she kept pulling skin off my toe.
My nails were equally bad. I got a gel French manicure. The nail tech but my cuticles too much and several of my fingers were bleeding. The French manicure was ok. Overall I would return but definitely not to that specific nail tech.

I’ve been coming to this location for 4 years and I’m never disappointed! I mainly go for pedicures and I always just relax because i know the service is being done correctly. I’ve never had a problem, the drinks are really good and the atmosphere is just right for me. I will always come back to the gahanna location, they never fail me.

So upset about my appointment. I made an appointment on a Saturday and arrived on time 11: 15. I didn’t get sat in my chair until almost 11: 40. A lady who I did not make the reservation with had me sit in still cold water for about 5 minutes. She came over to do my pedicure which I did get the essential however it was a 15 min service that was rushed. I had to wait to another 20 minutes for someone to come do my pedicure which is who I initially made my appointment with because I knew I had a service that required only something he could do and that was my acrylic toe nails. He did it rushed because he had someone in his chair. I then he left and I waited another 20 minutes. All in all by time I left. I had been here a total hour and a half. I work in the plaza and I won’t be going back. I was offered no apology for my wait. Very very disappointed

Very disappointed in this nail salon. Came here because there was good reviews and I will not be returning. I received a pedicure and dip set and the same day one of my nails cracked and chipped. I called the salon as I’m not typically in Columbus and they said I could come back in any day this week to get it fixed. I made a special trip 45 minutes out of the way to get it fixed only to find out the tech locked up her dip colors and there no one had a matching color to fix the nail. They told me to come back the following day when she was back in but I’m not going to go another 45 minutes out of my way. I asked for a partial refund so I could get my nails fixed elsewhere and they said they don’t do refunds. Paid $100 to have my nail break within a couple hours, completely unacceptable.

Always a great experience. John is awesome. I love that they have SO many awesome dip color choices

Ivy did an amazing job fixing my broken nail! It feels so much better and looks amazing! I know my toes are little and Kim tried her best but I did have to clip some of the polish off my pinky because it kept getting caught on stuff. My heels do feel much better though!

I have had great experiences here, however, I changed my work schedule to get a specific manicurist and that person wasn't even there. That's not the way to keep customers coming back. Disappointed.

Bee R is awesome. She is always on time, on point and a great conversationalist. I always have an enjoyable relaxing time whenever I come to Polish Nail Bar.

Everyone is eager to help, nice, and knows what they are doing.
Today I went had a very a sweet young lady who just started a few days ago she was very gentle and nice job on my pedicure.
It has changed since the last time I was there a few years ago or so very nice calming decore. Inkove the chancellors when you walk in.

I love this place, techs always have a good mood. The owners are so welcoming and catering to all customers. 10/10 my favorite it’s the lavish pedi & I just got my nails done with Pam & she was amazing! Honesty I had serviced done by Ivy, son, John & you all have been great but Pam was such a sweetheart for it being my first time with her.

I have been going here for years with friends, and it is always a good experience; it is my go-to place. The staff is patient, accommodating, and goes the extra mile. Services are reasonably priced with an extensive, but not overwhelming, list of offerings.
