POM college counseling has been the most excellent guide to navigate the rigorous and difficult course of the college application process. Their expertise shines bright when they answer every question my family had for them whether it be a question about the common app or a problem with financial aid. With the plentiful help of my POM advisors, I got into my dream school USC! Additionally, they provided me with the means to help me financially by providing numerous scholarships and options to help make my financial burden easier. Especially as a first generation American college student, I was so grateful for POM college counseling. Instead of getting lost in the mayhem that my parents were unfamiliar with before, they gave us a helping hand and made sure to promptly reach out to us about deadlines and tips. This college counseling service is 100% worth the money and thank you POM college counseling for everything!

Being able to have a team of professionals that were able to answer all my questions in a timely manner, really gave me peace of mind. My only issue was our funding advisor did not response to any of my emails. Fortunately, Carmen from the Financial Aid team was able to step in. However, I would have appreciated if our funding advisor had contacted me back.
Having someone file the FAFSA for us for extremely helpful, especially with our family situation having recently changed. I felt that my team at POM really got to know me and was kind and patient with me. One of the most helpful things that POM did was sending scholarships reports. Finding scholarships can be quite time consuming and I appreciate POM finding reputable scholarships that apply to me. POM was extremely professional the whole time, especially so when we were given a new finical aid team member—the transition was nearly seamless.
Overall, I was thankful to have POM, even if I personally felt I did not use the service to its fullest extent.

POM college counseling has helped our family so much! They are super friendly and seem just as eager to get my daughter into college as I am! They helped us with questions about the applications, academics, and finances of this crazy college experience! It is one hundred percent worth the money and I already have recommended it to several of my friends! Thank you POM!

They are lovely people and solid company, however in the end the cost was high and I just don't think we got enough out of the process for price. If money is no object then sure it is a great luxury to have. But it was a big financial lift for our family and would not do it over again if given the chance.

POM college consulting did guide us on the application process, submitting the Fafsa forms, reviews on the essays, etc. They are very prompt on emails, follow-ups, meetings. Having said that college admission process is very stressful and time consuming and you are on your own to a very large extent. We went through a very stressful phase trying to meet all the deadlines, writing various different essays, financial aid forms, etc.and although, you will get guidance from your POM representative but you still will need to spend a lot of time on your own.

We have worked with the POM team for a few years and find their services invaluable. The team members are knowledgeable, helpful, professional and responsive. Thank you!

POM College Consulting has been a life saver into the unknown world of financial aid and Scholarships. They have guided us through every step of the process and even completed the FASFA on our behalf. POM has been taking care of our FAFSA submission since my son started college. There are so many questions that, if you read it wrong, could end up submitting the WRONG information. These guys are the experts and I have been more than happy for their assistance in assuring my son's paperwork is correctly completed in a timely manner. They are friendly and helpful and worth the cost.

Other than help filling out the FAFSA application, they were little to no value. I had to upload our financial information multiple times because it kept getting "lost". (Where is it now?) I was able to Google search for more scholarships in 15 minutes than they ever sent us. Absolutely not worth the money. We will not be renewing again.

UPDATE: POM has agreed to try to remedy some the issue we've had. We will work with them again this year to, hopefully, have a fulfilling experience.
