Truly our dog’s home away from home! Our dog, Dutch, is so happy when he hears “Let’s go to day care! ” You can really tell the staff loves your dog as their own during their stay. I love the fact that they have a smaller capacity for dogs compared to other places/franchises because each dog gets the attention and play time they deserve without feeling overwhelmed and definitely makes me, as a dog owner, feel more confident in the care my dog is receiving. After a day at day care, Dutch always comes home needing a nap—which says a lot because he is a VERY high energy pup! Poochie’s also has PHENOMENAL customer service and communication. They answer phone calls in a timely manner, respond to emails SO quickly, and are so friendly. I cannot say enough amazing things. We treat our pets as family members and I trust Poochie’s 110%.

Best place to watch your dogs while on vacation. Affordable, friendly staff and trustworthy employees. We've been using them for the pass 2 years and love them! Always take such great care of our two dogs jake and chloe. They always look forward to heading inside when we drop them off!

We adore Poochies. More importantly, my 1 year old rottie mix LOVES this place! He’s pulling me through the door every day so he can run and play with other dogs in daycare. He gets a bath once a month as well while at daycare so it’s very convenient for us. A one stop shop. All employees are very nice and professional. Highly recommend if you like a more tight knit environment for your dog.

Don't even walk in there. Smells terrible. If you check others, you'll see the diff. Told me I had to let her loose to meet other dogs and walk in back. She's a pup. No way!

I've had my dogs twice to poochie's Resort and Spa for doggie daycare. I had an opportunity to tour the facility before taking them of the first day. I must say that the owner and the employees are very Hands-On knowledgeable about the dogs and working hard to keep all dogs and owners happy I will be taking my dogs in for a few days boarding and will feel very confident that they will be well taken care of. Thank you, Poochie's.

This place is wonderful. My dog goes here 4 days a week and I’m never worried about a thing when he is in their care. The staff is wonderful and caring. He gets extra excited when we pull up lol Definitely would recommend.

My dog dandy (15-16) has been going to poochies for years.all this time, we have received great care, both in grooming and boarding.recently however, poochies has switched groomers.dandy has always hated getting his nails trimmed, as most dogs do.he would bark and snap and yelp, but he is not an aggressive dog.he rarely ever barks.he’s also a small to medium sized dog, so he couldn’t physically harm anyone, even if he wanted to.i understand that this would make him difficult to deal with, but regardless of the situation, the groomer should be able to deal with it.today however, i found a nail that was so deep into his skin (think of overgrown ram horns) that there was discoloration and pus all around it.he has a very high pain tolerance, as we’ve discovered before with his dental procedures, so it was not causing him any pain and he was walking fine.i told my parents and they found a vet that could help him.dandy was sedated and his nails were cut, so crisis averted, but now he is on medication and has to wear a cone for a week.this groomer that works here has been telling my parents that they’ve been trimming his nails.that dandy has been taken care of.they trusted her, because benefit of the doubt, and we’ve had no troubles with poochies in the past.ultimately however, she lied and has not been doing their job correctly.we know that he has a hard time getting his nails trimmed, that is why my parents specifically questioned this new groomer if they were having any troubles.they repeatedly said his nails were getting trimmed, which we now know to not be true.if you are thinking of having your dog groomed here, let this be known.

(notes: i am 18 and my parents have taken care of dandy’s grooming appointments through all of the time we’ve had him, so i do not know the ins and outs of this place.i simply wish to tell my side of this story.)

We have 2 dogs and took them there earlier this month. The staff is friendly and took good care of our dogs.

Staff was very sweet and personable, they know what they are doing and do it well. Great staff, grooming, and reasonably priced.

Very nice staff! Took good care of my two dogs for five weeks while we were out of town. Very reasonably priced in comparison to their competitors. I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future!
