Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen reviews
26We've been to Popeye's before, but this particular restaurant was terrific. So glad they had their dining room open (wasn't sure) and it was great. Cashier funny and friendly, food hot and delicious, and overall very clean. What a great visit. Glad we stopped.
I waited from 1210 to 1230 and i still did not get my order taken and this was my lunch time amd i was unable to eat lunch! Never will go Back!
This is the best restaurant to go to far as fresh hot chicken and biscuits and sides I wouldn't change Anything?
Terrible! Called a pick up order at 542 pm. They said 15 mins. I waited 30 min in drive thru. Told the lady 3 times I had a pick up. Then waited 10 min at the window. Didn't get dinner until after 630
Will not go back.
You know I've been wanting to try one to Popeyes chicken sandwiches for years but never got around to it but when I did I'm hooked on them
The workers on Reading Road Popeye in Reading Ohio but I'm toys are playing good night watching the food it was the nastiest chicken I ever ate from Popeye
I use to really like the Mitchell Location but the last few times I have gone the Chicken has been horrible. Fried to hard, the chicken looks like it's old or cooked in old grease and the wings still have feathers on them. Most of the time when you ask for all white meat they give you dark (I guess they don't know the difference). If your going to charge that much for chicken at least make the chicken worth eating.
Absurd long wait time, everyone in the kitchen chillin and us customers just waiting. I got the spicy chicken sandwich, which was so heavily breaded that there were goops of raw dough in the centers of the goops. The heavy breading made it easier to take off, which is good for me, not calorie challenged.
This particular location is usually on the ball.not today. Order was wrong today.lol get than usual wait in line
Rude.like you made them have a bad day all standing around talking to each other like your not there
Had to wait 6 minutes on top of the normal wait times b/c they didn't have any fried chicken for my order. Okay fair enough - But then they didnt even give me half of the mash potatoes I order. Literally wasn't even half full. Like whattt? Did someone get confused as to what plp are paying for? Won't go back. - Personally was not a fan of it either. Chicken was hard. Looked old despite being fresh. Still feathers on the chicken. If you're gonna charge 10 bucks a meal get the chicken right. The mashed potatoes were good though. But give me what I pay for. - and tell who ever is giving out 5 sporks for a single order of mashed potatoes to slow their role. Creating all Sorts of needless waste and lower margins doing that.
Spent an hour in the Drive-Thru, waiting to just be able to get my order, and right as I get up to order, still before 10 and they say they're closed. They can't get rid of a line for anything so I have to suffer. Terrible service, and no pay off.
I haven't had Popeyes in awhile, wow, I remember what I had been missing. Great place to wait out a rain storm.
Food was great but customer service was horrible. But i guess you cant have it all. Would have been easily a 5 if service was not so scattered and not organized.
I Went to the 'Popeyes on Mitchell Avenue. It was Very Busy But the Manager Rose did an outstanding job of Facilitating. I informed her that my order was for my Mom's birthday and She went out of her way to make sure My Mom was Taking care of
Excellent food, exceptional customer service.
I live near the one on Glenway but travel to this location.
It was bad they were slow an it was about 8 an a manger they were standing around leaning on things line was long
The Popeyes (Mitchel Ave & Vine St) location I patronized came through with the dish that I had been craving for weeks. The Woodlawn and Forest Park locations habitually informed me that they did not have any Jambalaya left or prepared (whether it was morning, afternoon, or night). The Server at the Drive-thru window that I shared that information with felt the two locations were not totally honest with me. Anxious and excited about finally having the Jambalaya, it was dry and pasty/starchy in appearance and taste. The new Chicken Sandwich was very good, meaty and filling.
I stopped in for lunch today. The cashier was prompt, helpful, warm and genuine. My order was correct and the food was delicious. I was not expecting a 5 star experience, but since they gave me one, I had to give them their props on this review.
