Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Cincinnati OH

Don’t know why I keep pulling up to this dusty Popeyes. They make you wait 30mins at the speaker to say they don’t have no chicken…. Every trip… How you out of chicken? …. And customer service is trash.

I ordered an 11 piece chicken meal with red beans & rice and mashed potatoes. The beans and rice was all beans and soupy, the mashed potatoes had not even a trace of gravy and they substituted a wing for one of the two breasts.

Disappointing enough to never stop at this location again.

The customer service here is TERRIBLE! The worse I've seen in a long time. I have 30+ yrs in this field. I WILL NOT BE BACK! The whole team need to be fired! (Reading OH store)

Absolute trash. Never went back to get free meal for terrible service. It's that bad. Employees with bonnets and scarves on their heads and trash attitudes. If you hate your job, just say that. One week, they are out of spicy chicken. The next? Credit card machine down and soda FLAT.

Drive thru person was very unhappy to be there. Soda machine didn't work. Took over 5 minutes after getting food to get drinks the ended up being mostly carbonated water.

I been 5 min waiting to someone get my order the one who was talking to me she was rude and she was talking very fast she didn't welcome me she have a bad face this Popeyes need more employment who has experienced with customers I hope it will be Changed because I love to eat from Popeyes Thank You.

Went on a Sunday ordered 16 piece of chicken and requested that 1breast and 1thigh be spicy and they told me they can’t do that. These workers are so nasty on the weekends. All I can say is if you don’t like your job find another 1

Really rude employee worked in the drive thru, I don’t care how much of a bad day you are having- you can at least be respectful of other people.

Dining room was closed. Tiny sign on door so of course two people had gotten in the drive thru lane by the time I went to the door where I could read the sign. After sitting in drive thru for 15 min I was told they had no fried chicken, only sandwiches…so I left to go to another location. While driving, I called back and was told we could’ve ordered and waited 12 minutes and that they are letting people know that. When I told her we weren’t told that she hung up on me.

I almost never leave a bad review anywhere but this Popeyes is by far the worst I've been since they have been open. The drive thru takes forever and 4-5 times the person working the window is not that friendly. In my last experience at the drive thru I simple told the gentleman that he got my order wrong. He slam the window in my face threw a towel at the wall and walked off angrily. Honestly this has been the worst customer service I've seen.

They still can't get it right. I don't know if it's one person or all of them. How hard is it to tell the difference between a thigh and a beast? If it wasn't for the fact that I eat all pieces, I'd give them a 2 and a half stars. But I paid for breast I should get a one

Got there at 7: 45pm and ask they had was mild chicken and no sides.

Customer service is always trash.

The restaurant was supposed to close at 11, we drove up the speaker and nobody answered. It was 9 pm I drove to the pickup window a d nobody was in there working. All the lights were, food was out but nobody inside. I have video record of it as well.

Under any circumstances, do not go to this location, or any Popeyes locations in Cincinnati for that matter. They lock their restaurant doors so you cannot go inside even though you may select to pickup your mobile order inside. They force you to wait in the drive thru that takes forever to get through. They leave their phone off the hook so you can't even call in. I placed a mobile order and selected to pick up inside the restaurant at the coutner. I get to the restaurant and the doors were locked forcing us to wait in the drive thru which was already backed up. Their phone line was busy and no one asnwered any of the 5 times I tried to call. We waited 45 minutes to get to the window and they tell us our order was never received and they would not be giving us anything and we had to go through the app/online for a refund. The only positive thing was after submitting a complaint I did receive a response quickly that my refund was being processed. I will have to wait 3-5 days to receive.

Terrible service chicken had hair on it. Did not receive my entire order. Called the store and the person was not nice. I won't be back 9290 Reading rd Reading Ohio. They need help.

Great food, terrible customer service, no one should ever leave a restaurant feeling mistreated. The lady that works the drive thru window is extremely rude. I have made a sincere effort to be polite every time I've gone there. All I did today was ask if the drinks were marked so i can tell coke from cherry coke. Her reply was "you can tell because there's a red tent to one all you have to do is look at it". I dare the owner to go through undercover one time through the drive thru and make your own conclusion.
