I do not recommend anyone to come here! Terrible staff, the woman who works now is a terrible rude! Which cannot explain to the client. The order was taken by another and the woman was screaming from behind the door. Just horror, fire her!

The staff were a bunch of idiots, stand in line for 30 minutes to find out that there's no nuggets, pop, or shrimp. They should shut down they popeyes in Jeffersonville! Nothing but bad luck every single time. After that odeal me and my family just leave.

I love popeyes and usually no matter where you go, the food at the minimum is pretty good. With that said, everything tasted like it was sitting for a while. The kitchen and register area look like it hasn't been clean, cleaned in quite some time. Lastly, the customer service was not good at all. They seem more interested about their own personal conversations than helping the customer. Unacceptable for a company of this magnitud.

I always want to give a 5 star but they make their sandwiches up too far in advance and then they aren't hot and sometimes a little greasy.

They close the doors at exactly 9 pm and they still had all trays full of chicken either to throwaway or to take home not fair for paying customer's

My mayo sandwich was served up with a side of undercooked chicken. They were out of most everything we asked for and barely gave us the time of day. Took 25 mins to get our cold food and the staff walked outside to see an ambulance pass by in the middle of bagging our order.

The people here suck BIG time. Food is always great but horrible staff. Joe is awesome tho & that is the truth. Kate sucks BIG time. Every seems as if their attitude is based on whether they have a good home life. Oh and the black kid is great also. The little manager guy. As oppose to waiting on The guest, Kate decides she wants to have person conversations with her employees and not wait on the guest unless We ask her too.

Out if almost everything, customer service was less to be desired. Made me never want it again. Sucks. I used to love the chicken sandwiches

Hadn't eaten here in ages. The food was fresh and good. The staff was great but the prices had gone up since I'd last been here. But worth it.

The supervisor took my order and it was barely 10 AM i have never dealt with that much rudeness before at any other place, the guy was unfriendly and aggressive for no reason, he must be having mental issues

Not normal level of Popeye yumminess. Tenders were small and hard. Biscuit was only okay and tasted a little undercooked. The place was dirty- out of 15 or so tables, only 2 did not have crumbs all over the top. Garbage was overflowing out of the containers. Only the red beans and rice tasted good.

Great customer service and everyone seemed like a real team! They were super busy and able to get me my order quickly. Thanks everyone!

People were nice and food was good. But they only offer cajun fries, mashed potatoes or Mac and cheese for sides. They need to offer veggies and cajun rice like their other locations.

So disappointed in the new staff and the way they treat customers. Come in at 645pm, they have no food cooked and will not cook anymore. This is in a truck stop. Most people come in between 6-7p and you won't cook anymore food? I've been coming in for 4years now and really dread coming in but sometimes that's what my family wants.

Went to same restaurant 3 years ago and swore I'd never go back was dirty and food was terrible

First time trying Popeyes, and it was not a disappointment! The breading was very crunchy, the chicken was moist and tender, and the Cajun fries were crispy. We ordered mild seasoning, but next time I'll definitely try the spicy one. If you like horseradish, try the Mardi Gras mustard dipping sauce. Overall good first experience!

If you enjoy horrible customer service, condescending employees, indifferent managers, and the thrill of never knowing what will be in your bag of food then this is the place for you. Today we called in a delivery order only to be told they refuse to take phone orders on the weekend so we will need to drive to the store and sit and wait for our food to be prepared. We were ordering for a group of employees and I cannot overstate the inconvenience this presented. I sent one of our guys out to order the food - we ordered a 16 piece family meal with large sides (Price $44.99). After making the 20 minute drive back to the store, we realized they had given 12 pieces of chicken and all the sides on the meal were smalls instead of larges and they failed to give us any biscuits. In other words, they had only given us the $28.99 meal instead of the $44.99 meal (and left out the biscuits). This has happened numerous times before and I have called to complain, but today I really don't feel like having one of the arrogant untrained managers of this establishment explain why their mistake is really my fault. They are bad at their jobs, rude, and unwilling to hold themselves or their employees accountable for their repeated failures. Spend your money somewhere that deserves it instead of this trainwreck. I got robbed of $16 today alone and now we are all sitting here hungry regretting our decision to continue giving chances to this obviously mismanaged establishment.

Put a online order in around 7: 05pm, came at 7: 40 pm.all the doors were locked, I came in after a customer walked out at 7: 50, my order wasn't there.avoid this place, take you business somewhere else

Someone who wants lifetime sickness and follow doctor after doctor should go here, we already know the amount of oil you may expect from their chicken, but salt is countless and no body care.
