Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, North Olmsted OH

For several months now I have been trying to place an order for delivery. It gets cancelled every time. I have tried to call and NO ONE answers the phone and there is no messages to say what is going on. ANNOYING! I placed an order to be picked up at 11: 20, I get there and they tell me the staff just got in and my order won't be ready until 2: 30. I get a half hour for lunch at work so I was not able to eat lunch. I had already wasted my time driving there and back.

If I could give them a 0 I'd give them a -10. Awful, rude. Incompetent, dirty, useless. Do not go here! I will never go here ever again. When I asked to speak with the manager she said she was too busy. How could you be busy, you said you wouldn't be able to get my order together until 2: 30 when I placed an order for pick up at 11: 20 and the website said they open at 10: 30.

If I could give zero feedback I would. Today I was in the parking lot and was told that the inside dining area was closed by 2 young employees smoking cigarettes by the dumpster. So I drove up to the drive-up window speaker. No one answered after a few minutes. So then I drove up to the drive-thru window. I sat there for almost TEN minutes while several employees inside noticed me there. They did nothing. Finally one of them opened the window and said they were still closed. No one was there to cook chicken.

I'm not blaming the young employees. Where is the manager at? Anyways, just disappointed I couldn't eat lunch there. Oh well. Lots of businesses are like this right now.

As slow as possible period, also change your store hours on your website if you are not going to answer the drive thru at 12 in the afternoon when people are clearly in the place and just choose to ignore the cars pulling up in the place and i get the labor shortage so dont say your open on your website if your not going to take orders as people wont waste their time driving up to the place

Web site not working for on line orders. Speaker system not working correctly. Ended up having to pull around to window to give them my order. The food was excellent!

I have ordered 2 popcorn shrimp, the portion of each is too small, they gave the shrimp in a tiny coleslaw box instead of the regular rectangular box. The amount of shrimp was too small and also they didn’t give any cocktail sauce. I regularly eat popcorn shrimp but today I totally disappointed with their service.

Consistently wait 40-45 minutes or longer for a drive thru order. Worst customer service / fast food I've ever seen, bar none. Check other reviews - it's almost always like that at this location. No one, not the workers, managers, corporate seem to care about ANYTHING at this store - such a shame. Good food. Would give zero stars if I could.

Unbelievable long line.everything I think it will be better.it isnt.its not the amount of cars.its how incredibly slow they are. Today I waited over 40 minutes for 3 cars ahead of me

Employees shut out all the lights and now they are sitting in there car smoking a joint. Way to go losers. It’s 830 pm and it’s not supposed to be closed until 11pm

Drive through only suck, but guy at window was proud to us, took our money put it down and walk away did not give us are change, we ask for our change and did not go well he got all salty at us saying he way not that kind of person he said I didn't b event give you your food yet, he was nasty why? All we did was ask for the change

Disappointed!? If done right the food is great! They just can’t get it together up there. I will never get food from there again. Popeyes needs to take some pointers from Chick-fil-A. Sorry just being honest!

Popeyes is my favorite chicken joint, and the food is amazing. That said, if you go to this location, be warned that you will be waiting about 45 minutes in the drive thru. Kills the whole experience.

**ZERO STARS** The drive-thru line is horrific! You'll sit still in their line for over 30 minutes on any given day smh!

Nov 1 2021 waited in line 20 minutes just to get to the speaker for them to tell me they were closed at approximately 4 PM

This place is a hit or miss. Lately I'll be honest the drive thru isn't as bad as it once was. I know places are hurting for staff and I honestly think this was the problem here. The past few times I actually had no wait and the food was perfect! The new employees were actually welcoming and it was refreshing. I'm happy to see changes being made and it making a difference here. The restaurant is definitely one of my favorites!

The food was good, the service not so much. I assume that, like others, they're short-handed, but waiting as long as I did in line for a pickup order was ridiculous. The computer system had gone down oh, and it took forever for them to tell us

I like the taste of the chicken, but the quality needs alot of help. The pieces of chicken were so small I couldn't tell what they were. The thigh was 1/2 of one. The breast I did see, the whole neck was left on. Again it was cash only. CC machine was down (again)
