Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Columbus OH

I'm usually here three times a week and service is usually great staff is friendly and quick but recently in the last week they have been opening late when I arrive I'm sold they won't be open for 10 to 15 minutes and last Saturday I was told they wouldn't be open for 30 minutes and chicken has gotten way smaller this is upsetting because I had really come to like this Popeyes

Not sure what's being done differently, but in the last few months I've been there my experiences have been so much more positive. I get in and out of the drive thru and my food has been hot and fresh. Also when I go in and order all the crew seem happy and friendly. Great job Popeyes keep up the good work.

I love that our bucket of chicken was hot and fresh but no matter what location we go to.there's always something missing from our order. After paying almost $50 for a family meal, we were missing all of our biscuits.

Love Popeyes food, BUT if the food is not hot & fresh it's really not good! And it was really not good today! I ordered right at lunch time thinking since they're just opening the food would be hot and fresh WRONG! The chicken tenders were hard and tasted like they had been sitting out for days! The spicy chicken sandwich was about the same! I spent over $33 on Uber Eats for y'all to give me food that's not even hot and fresh, REALLY! You have good food but it needs to be HOT & FRESH! So you definitely have lost my business for awhile. DO BETTER POPEYES!

Food OK but Popeyes in general getting way too expensive

The drive thru chick was so rude and ghetto, I had to ask her 4 times for honey and napkins and then was looking at me like I asked for something wrong, never going there again. Mac and cheese were old and nasty tooo and the chicken was old.

Worst experience ever! Was totally forgotten about while they were making sure everyone that came in after us had their order. Another white lady came in after us and was completely ignored but when 2 black ladies came in they jumped right on helping them and even comped their food. When we did get our food it was served on dirty trays. Definitely will never come back. Not a good first impression for someone visiting from out of state

Just good ol' fresh hot chicken. This Popeyes was a cut above the rest! The food was delicious and the service was great. You've got to try the strawberry biscuits, they are sooo good!
Will definitely go back!

Had all menu items. Made suggestions.got the platter with 2 PC 2 sides and the new strawberry biscuit which other locations did not have in stock.

We surprised son with lunch today. Also ate there yesterday and they messed up our dessert. They fixed it today

The service is great, it was fast. The ghost pepper wings were great, and the atmosphere was very pleasant.

Our cashier Diamond was so respectful! She took her time with us and when we said we were missing some thing she politely asked her team to give it to us and they did without any hesitation. 5 starts to her and the crew!

These managers at this location, aren't even smart enough to change the hours of operation on the doors. Still says they open at 10am! I'd hate to try their food, probably the worst tasting Popeyes in State!

It is my third and last time that I buy here, the chicken is overcooked, the potatoes are served in an exaggerated portion, some shrimp that looked like rocks, really, thanks for everything and goodbye.
