We had THE nicest woman take our order. And I'm not exaggerating. Gale, you are a gem. Keep loving people. You made my day and turned a first timer into a Popeyes fan for life. Someone from corporate needs to snatch you up and make you the face of the franchise!

This location always seems suuuuper busy. We waited awhile to order inside and receive our food. Other than that, the lady who helped us at the register was super sweet to us.

I went through the drive-thru today and ordered a 3 piece white meat only. The service was fast. When I arrived home, only had a 2 piece meal. That's the only reason the score on the food was a 3 because I was shorted 1 piece. The food as good but my fault as I did not check the order prior to leaving.

Got a 12 PCs meal and they only had half mild so I said I’d wait 15 mins. Got up to window and it was ready. My bad I didn’t look and the nice workers after I said I’d wait put 8 wings in my $38 order! Bang up job

We ate here for the first time today, and it was awful. My chicken sandwich was raw in the middle, I'll probably get sick from what I did eat and the ghost pepper wings we ordered was just regular wings. You could hear the associate's yelling that they needed more ghost pepper wings, I think they just gave us what they had to try and complete the order. Was excited to eat here since I had never tried, but never again. Hope I survive the night. Don't eat here, just a warning.

Love popeyes. I love the coupons I get in the mail and their chicken and their mac an cheese is to die for. I really love the mac and cheese also the frozen strawberry lemonade is so very delicious.

Gave this place a break for a year, first time back still garbage! Asked the lady about how to scan the rewards that I had.they have as a display! She said i don’t know I just work here, ok then.next wanted to add fries and she said i usually wait til the order come threw, I said don’t cut no corners for me! I’ll wait.

I usually order the 6 piece ghost pepper wings with a side of blackened ranch or bayou buffalo sauce. The wings are full of flavor, not too spicy. The employees at this location are very friendly.

Customer service was phenominal! No loud yelling coming from the kitchen or anything like that.everyone was calm, cool, and collective and working together. Atmosphere was far beyond expectation which led me to feel the need to give credit where it is due!

The young men that work here are amazing. I must take the time to write this review. My husband and I always come toward the end of the work day and they always do their best to accommodate our order even if that means dropping fresh fries 15 minutes before they close. They never once have an attitude and always are super willing to assist if there are any issues with pickup orders. This location and one going the opposite direction are equal distance from my home but I will always choose this one because of the service and the willingness of management to make it right.

So bad slow and food was just so bad. This location is also a gun free zone for that reason I will never spend any more money here.

We ate here two days in a row, the food was so good and came out so fast. Shanta and the crew we're very nice and friendly.there service was great.we will be eating here often.

Would never eat here again! Previous employer said they never clean the oil and they don’t know how to treat customers!

Even though they have about 20 workers in the kitchen they still can’t manage to get my order to me within 30 minutes. Good work

Everytime I go in there to get our food. I order my man's the blackened strips and he ALWAYS gets regular strips. That meal is not cheap for y'all to keep messing it up. I don't care what restaurant I go to. Y'all always mess it up. #yallsuck but you never mess my stuff up tho- just his! Get it together and pay attention! Smh
Then when u call.the fone riiiiiiings and rings, rings nobody ever picks up. That's how u run a business nailed that. He won't let me go back inside and say sumtin either smh

Manager was clearly frustrated at the "kids" he was working with after I was given the wrong bag in the drive through. Only thing I ate from my box was half a biscuit and my nugs. Absolute garbage.

The food portion was a lot smaller than I expected! I ordered a 5pc Chicken combo and I was still hungry when I was finished. The workers were nice and fast. I'll return but I had higher expectations. I should have taken a photo, it was rather pathetic.
Not to be pessimistic but next time I'll order a chicken breast. The mashed potatoes and gravy are good and the biscuit is great. Solid 3.5

Floors covered in grease, Bathrooms look as though they haven’t been cleaned in months. Staff are rude inattentive. Will never return.
