Drive through slow as hell.they need more staff to work.spend almost 30 mins after placing order to pick up.

They have grilled chicken strips that contain more protein then carbs. Great for someone looking for a post workout meal.

My order was not right and he lied i asked him " is there a breast in there? " His reply was yes not only was there no breast but there also was no biscuit. Also it wasn't spicy

Fryer was down. Service sucked and drinks tasted funny. After waiting for 20 minutes, our order was still wrong. Not the best location.

Yummy delicious goodness! Best chicken sandwich ever! (except for my wife's of course!). I don't know what that sause is, but it's amazing! And the chicken is crispy without being hard or dry! They definitely know how to put the Louisiana voodoo charm on it! Just wish there was one closer to home, but absolutely worth the drive!

This is not just for this popeyes, but all of them. Why the spicey isn't spicey, taste like original.

The worst Popeye's I've been to, ever. The quality of the food is sub par, the quality of service is below average at best, and the general demeanor of staff was completely horrible. Years ago this was one of only 3 left in the city, and had ok service but now is a disgrace to the restaurant chain. The last time I ate there half of my order was incorrect and the chicken tasted as if the fryer oil hadn't been changed in months.

Worst experience EVER. 3 people working they were out of half their food. 35 minute wait for 8 pieces of chicken 5 chicken strips and 2 large sides! Won't be back

Okay I got an order for a friend and myself my friend got the correct order mine was incorrect I bet 50% of the time that I've been to that particular Popeyes I have gotten the wrong order I will not be going back again even though I love the flavor of Popeyes. They did not have enough staff the girl that waited on me was quite nice but she was overworked

Dirty takes too much time before the staff greets customer. Too much chatter from staff to each other

First off i had to stand in line for 20min with only 1 person in front of me, then when i got my order my red beans and rice was only half filled and last but not lease i didnt get a napkin or any utensils to eat with, it was really ashamed

In the Woodlawn OH store. Good food. Question of why those handling food not wearing proper gloves? Why cashier went from handling money to handling food but did not put in proper food gloves?

The one in Woodlawn is terrible service, workers are rude, manager unprofessional never going back and thats my neighborhood

Honorable wait time but ok service from time to time and always out of chicken you order. Always have to sub and be prepared to wait 5 mins to get served and another 5 to 15mins just to get your food. Good luck on this location. Go to the forest park location for better food and service time.

Horrible, given it multiple chances. Everytime that chicken has been rubbery and undercooked, disgusting! And the works have been some of the most apathetic bunch I've ever seen. Will not be returning here.

You are lucky if you work and get over 30 minutes for your lunch break. My lunch break is 45 minutes and I spent 35 minutes of it in Popeyes waiting on one order and when I got it it was messed up. I could only eat one piece of chicken on my way back to work and I had to wait until my last break of the day to eat any more of it. Its only 4-5 minutes from the job. I haven't been back since, can't risk using up my whole lunch again.

Love Popeyes Red Beans and Rice! I like to make nachos with them. Delicious! Now I'm giving away all my secrets. If you've never had Popeyes, try it. A more spicy version of KFC. But remember to get extra RB&R!

Customer service was terrible. The drive-thru worker was mumbling, requiring me to reiterate my questions. Apparently this annoyed her because she took on an irritated tone there after.
The quality of basic customer service skills at this location reflects poorly on management.

Chicken is great though.

Slow and the organization of the employees just suck. I watched 7 orders be placed togo and severed before I got mine. I should of ordered it togo, Then I might have been served in the Correct order if I had.

The cashier was more concerned with chatting with other employees and joking (inappropriately) with other employees than he was taking our order we had to repeat ourselves 4 times and one person still didnt get the correct order. The bathroom was disgusting and smelled like sewage due to dirty toilet paper all over the floor. Definitely will not go back to this location. It was a bad experience.
