2Very fast and efficient when you call. Extremely polite staff and very helpful when you need something.
I wish that they could do more as it seems that they protect the best interest of the absent parent and not the child. I have two different child support cases that I have to check on every week with this agency and this is a complete nightmare!
The first case- the father owes me over $10 Grand, monthly support amount is $600+ and he only made a payment of $46 bucks a day ago in order to get his drivers license back. When I asked the father when is he going to pay more on the support, his response is "I will pay it when I pay it".
The second case - the other father owes me over $7 Grand for our 2 year old daughter and have not made a single payment since December 2022, his support is also $600+ a month, his drivers licenses has been suspended since January 2023, yet he still drives and still not a contempt hearing date scheduled. I am almost certain that if this was Cuyahoga or Summit County, this guy would of been in jail for nonpayment of support!
Whoever the supervisor is up here, they are clearly not doing their job and need fresh eyes on these support cases to enforce these orders to help the child and not the best interest of the fathers!
