They like to leave my can full and just drive away. I have had issues before with having non recyclable plastic bags in my can and have corrected that issue, now it just feels like not taking my recyclables out of spite. There is a reason Ravenna is the only ones still using portage County recycling center.

Just, found out they take cardboard 24/7. I can finally get rid of all these boxes. I can't put them in recycle can, since every other week p/u, we fill it in a week with the other recycling.

We are absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service provided by the truck drivers! Being a family of six with four kids, we sometimes struggle with keeping our recycling in order. However, the drivers have been incredibly kind and understanding. They go above and beyond by relocating our bin when teenage cars obstruct it and even leave us helpful notes on how to correctly recycle specific items. We can confidently say they are the absolute best! Their dedication and thoughtfulness have made our recycling experience truly delightful.

Want to thank the drivers for their continued courteous service and so thankful for the help I received when I called today. I was confused on the pick-up schedule, quickly helped and so pleasant. Not the first time I have had to call and the same woman is so helpful, she even offered to send me a schedule. Thank you for helping our environment.

I have had Conrad's for my trash pickup for 15 years and have never had to pick up stuff they spill and drop. Portage County recycling it needs cleaned up every time!
