Portage Lakes Marine, Akron OH

I came to portage Marine for the first time last week and had an excellent experience. I came to service my boat for some intermittent issues with my outboard motor. The staff was extremely professional and courteous. They fixed my issue sooner than I expected and their prices were extremely reasonable. Don't risk your prized boat with Joe from down the street. Take it to the people who know what they're doing and talk to you with respect. They are the seventh closest marine repair shop to me and I won't go anywhere else from now on.

This place is great! My kids are thrilled that they were able to get our boat back on the water very quickly. The service department is friendly and knowledgeable, and did quality work. Rod took the time to make sure I knew what to do to make sure our boat kept running great for years to come. I will definitely be using the service department in the future.

The store is very nice with a lot of boating related decor and great music playing. All of the employees are friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend stopping in and paying a visit, it will be worth your time.
