Portage Service Plaza reviews
26Posted sign on road said limited food. We went inside to find all restaurants closed and only vending machines available, beverages only
Great stop.restrooms are very clean and good stop for coffee. They offer a pet area for those who travel with their pets, like us.
Unfortunately, this Particular toll road service was Neglected. Was was leaking from the Toilets appearing to have been this way for several hours. Almost flooded. I couldn't find a attendant anywhere. Possibly due to the holiday weekend.
Overnight RV parking with electric and dump station. I didn’t even need to go inside. Outstanding fir $20. Well done Ohio
Nice rest stop. Very clean including the restrooms. Stop for a break from driving. There was no fast food restaurants at the time the food court was under construction
The bathrooms (lad8es) was very clean and tidy. I was impressed by how immaculate the bathroom was kept.
I dropped an absolute bomb here on my way back to Illinois. I wouldn't want to do it again at an Oasis but you gotta do what you gotta do
Restaurants are all closed. Other than using the bathroom facilities one gets the feeling that it's time to leave. Clean, but spooky. Understandably so, but still unwelcoming. COVID-19.
Asked question to member at store in main lobby and she was very short and not helpful. After coming back from ladies room heard her doing same thing to someone else trying to purchase something.
On the way in there is a free dump station with separate spigots for non-potable and drinkable water! Small fenced dog area. Free hot showers in the trucker's lounge and nice clean restrooms. Nice array of area brochures and travel guides. So cool to have all these amenities.
Typical rest area.when ya gotta go, ya stop there. Good parking, nice lawn area, no trash to speak of.satisfied.
Nice place to stop for a quick bite, and to wait out a storm. Kinda reminds me of an airport terminal.
Stopped in around 9: 15 pm went to use the restrooms they were filthy piss all over the toilets wet toilet paper everywhere no locks on the stalls sinks are extremely finicky and the soap dispensers were empty only one paper towel dispenser actually worked by the worse travel plaza ive ever been to
This is a great place for a rest stop! Food services like Green's, PZA, Starbucks and McDonald's are present here. The entire place is well maintained. Restrooms were clean during my visit. They have video games, vending machines and massage chairs available. The massage chair is great if you want to relax after a long drive.
Stopping here to see if there was anything good to eat, there wasn't. We just used the restroom and left. I guess good if you just need a candy bar or a pack of smokes, not really good for much else.
Rest stop is very nice. Rest rooms were clean. Building was very large and could accommodate lots of travelers. There was a McDonald’s inside that you don’t often see when you stop at a rest stop. It was extremely busy.
Clean and well lit. Has gas and food. Found turnpike maps that shows hotels and other facilities.
Seeing that I have hypoglycemia it was important for me to have some food while I was driving through I found it convenient
I think the service plazas along the Ohio Turnpike are well-placed, with storefronts that provide good products. They're clean and well lit also.
