Posh Pooch Dog Grooming, Akron OH

We have been coming to the Posh Pooch for a few months now and are so happy. They are so efficient and the dogs always look so good! They definitely treat our pups like their own. We are happy to have found a great local salon!

Excellent place to take your dog to get it trimmed very good people who do good work price is good, they always take good care of my mom's poodle.

Let me say first, that I have been a customer of this groomer for a couple years until my dog passed away. A year and half later, I now have a new dog. Naturally, for his first puppy cut I took my dog to the same groomer. I wasn't pleased after the first cut, but i figured i would give them another chance and i called to set up his next cut. A young sounding women answered my call. I wanted to get some instructions and asked how we can make sure the next groomiing session was done right. She continued to talk over me. This a form of disrespect that I do not tolerate.however, i realize that we can all be nicer in this crazy world so I asked the young lady politely, not to talk over me. However, to my surprise at that time she suggested to me that I DO NOT BRING MY dog to their place. My exact reply was “ you are right “and I thanked her for her suggestion and wished her a good day.
I am so sorry for individuals, with no self respect, as well as respect for others.
I just needed to say all this and I hope some of you will find this helpful.
As suggested I am taking my puppy elsewhere and very happy to do it. We need better and more kind respectful individuals to take care of our furry friends!

She took good care of my 8 yorkie and she also let my 8 week old yorkie watch the process so when her time to get groomed she will understand what the noises are.

These ladies do a great job we’ve been using them on and off for years. They are always polite. Do a great job Of working with our schedule. Our last appointment was late in the afternoon so we could get off work and still get our dog groomed.

LOVE this place. Service and staff are amazing. My dog gets excited every time I pull in the parking lot. The only place I would send my pup.

Staff was very friendly and professional. Their location is extremely clean and organized, not to mention that they took great care of our baby girls!

Nice people. Clean local establishment. Dog actually enjoys going here and this has not been the case at other grooming locations.
