8 yrs ago it was fairly descent but over the years how quickly it's became a miserable place to live. There is a serious crime issue out here and I was almost shot a year ago or so while walking to the market. The new property manager is EXTREMELY rude and the relocation department talks over top of you and also rude and forgetful of your needs. I called multiple times for oven looked at and nothing all day for several days property manager never in office. So we didn't have a Thanksgiving or my son's birthday party I had planned. Then I call emergency maintance and they keep hanging up. If you request a rent reciept it's like pulling teeth. THIS PLACE ISN'T EVEN WORTH A SINGLE STAR. I'LL BE JUMPING FOR JOY THE DAY I RETURN MY KEYS AND GONE!

They just need to close those apartments down. To far from the downtown area. Job search isn't available because the bus line isn't spread out evenly enough to help with employement. Their under new managment but it seems as though their worse than the old one's. No ability for children to grow because there is no development resources near by. The location is beyond needs you basically have to have a car to live out there.

The children in the area have no parental responsibility and the office hasn't put the basketball goal back up which is a huge mistake on their behalf because it kept the violence down and gave the kids and adults an outlet that they no longer have. The baby playground serves it's purpose for children 8 and under but the community really needs the goal put back up! Without this there is fights and shootings constantly, it might not stop it all completely but it will help alot in the long run. As for housing.
Pros: the office in some cases helps alot
Cons: violence with no outlet, thing rarely get fixed on time, the office has issues with not giving residents enough time on personal matters such as, pets, inspections, payments. Living here for 4 years majority of residents agree. For example the sink is clogged or water heater is out they take weeks to fix it or replace it. The basket ball goal was suppose to be replaced with a new one the community was told but never happened because of lame excuses, front door or mailbox is broken they will claim to fix it as soon as possible but don't until 3 days later or longer making you vulnerable to theifs. We all thought it would be nicer more professional management but even the new ones are failing.
