This place is what Subway dreams it could be. I've been here a few times and you wont leave full of bread.

Food is good ordered throu doordash, paid almost 50 for a sandwich to be missing.will never order from there again because why not make sure on a big order. Disappointed!

The food is consistently good. Thought they do take an average of five or so minutes to make the orders. Not a place to go unless you have some time to kill, but when you do go the food is almost always guaranteed to be a highlight of your day.

Also it usually isn't very cluttered or busy, so line waits aren't a thing that a patron deals with on a regular basis.

I'd recommend it to anyone really.

Incredible service! From the moment I placed my catering order everything went perfectly. The website was simple and easy to use. When I called to confirm my order I spoke to Tiffany, she instantly knew of my order and set my mind at ease. Delivery was right on time and Jeremy was friendly and provided the best customer service experience!

Food was good but the management of the line at lunch time was atrocious. You need to take a page out of chickfila's book. If you are going to take my order on a tablet in line, why do I then have to repeat my order again at the counter? Take my full order with all toppings and sides, then the only thing you should need when I get to the counter is my name and payment.

The staff at potbelly are friendly and quick with your order. The restaurant is also very clean.

Went during a busy time and my order was taken while I was near the back of the line, making everything move much more quickly

I used to love this place. I discovered them in November 2015. I went in there the second week of November 2015 and then the week after on November 17 2015 and wow the subs were so good. I got some type of chicken sub with one of their organic shakes and a cookie for my birthday. I did get sick in my stomach from eating a cookie and drinking a shake because it was too much sugar in my stomach.it was my birthday so I went a little overboard. Anyway the food was awesome and so was the service. When I went back 8 months later the menu changed from November 2015 and I was a little disspointed because it wasn't the same menu. They staff made me a new sandwich on their menu that I picked out and it was good and the service was good then

An excellent sandwich! Hot peppers are mildly hot, and delicious. This place serves milkshakes as well as sandwiches. It is much better suited for lunch than dinner, as the portions are not very large. Very filling for lunch, though.

Great food - but don't expect to get it on time or all at once. Notorious 'bike' issues (excuse why they are ALWAYS late, not just 10 minutes late, 30-45 minutes late.) For associates working downtown it is so important to have their meals ON TIME. We have work meetings or only a few minutes to eat. Get it together, Potbellys.

I had the Cuban, one of the best sandwiches I have had, and the staff and service was better than the sandwich.

The food is always fresh and tasty. Really like the staff. Wish I could order online for breakfast.

I had the gyro wrap and it took them time to prepare and serve it considering that I ordered it during breakfast. They handled it well. I also ordered a fountain coke and a macaroni salad. The wrap was hot and fresh and the macaroni salad was refreshing. The fountain drinks are not weighed down with the sodawater and was sweet. Nice place, great people- loved it!

Excellent service and delicious food. Loved the toasted A-reck Bigs (spelling?) These guys are professionals!

This place is great for a quick lunch. Their chicken and cheddar subs are fantastic with hot peppers.

Prices were more reasonable than I expected. Food was good, except the soup wasn't really that hot. Sandwich was delicious. Friendly service and wide selection of beverages. I wish they had a "for here" option so I could have a plate for my sandwich when I dine in instead of bagging everything up.

The best subs in the world! I have to eat here, at least once a week. Never had an issue and the workers/managers are all super nice. The staff has very little turnover, which says a lot. It can be a bit loud inside, and the lines get a long at lunch. Which can be a pain if your sitting there eating and people are standing next to you, staring at you.

Great brakfast sandwiches.my recommendation is ham, mushroom, egg and swiss on multi-grain original with hot peppers (not too hot), lettuce, onion and pickle $3.90. Lunch sandwiches are really good too. They also have coffee, cookies made on site, and other items that I have yet to try.

Seems to be an ok place to stop for breakfast. I did and it was OK. It doesn't offer simple breakfast foods.a bit too many choices. Give it a try, I enjoyed it.
